La Pomme Cannelle restaurant offers Creole and international cuisine with European flavorings. The main pool is located near the bar and restaurant; it is ideal for a refreshing dip or a poolside drink. The rooftop pool has a uniform four-foot depth, ideal for children, a game of volleyball, or doing laps. The shady rooftop gazebo bar serves tropical drinks and snacks from 7am until 10pm and is a wonderful spot to watch the dramatic sunsets for which the Caribbean is famous.
Glencastle is located on the most northern portion of the Eastern Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. It is approximately 30 minutes from the George Charles Airport (near the capital of Castries) and an hour and a half from Hewannorra International Airport, which is located on the most southern tip of the island. It is in close proximity to the quaint fishing village of Gros Islet, home of the famous Friday Night Jump Up. It is also a short distance from the island's most popular white sandy beaches (to which complimentary beach shuttle service runs twice daily), the islands largest shopping mall, grocery stores, Rodney Bay Marina, nightclubs, and various watersports facilities. Property has numerous on site childrens activities.
