The Presidential suite can be connected with three additional suites in order to give guests exclusive use of the entire floor. The restaurant serves traditional Italian cuisine and is split over two floors; it can seat 120 guests. On Thursday, October 4th, 2007, it extends onto a large terrace with a beautiful view over the botanical garden. One of the Hotel's two bars, will be located within the restaurant area. A separate dining room will offer a more intimate atmosphere. Exclusivity and Luxury will be the main characteristics of the Spa. The 15 meter indoor swimming pool is the largest of it's kind in Munich, and the fitness area offers a wide range of state of the art exercise equipment. The spa has 6 treatment rooms, and also includes a sauna, steam bath as well as a relaxation area. Plenty of space for guests to indulge themselves or simply unwind. The hotel has 7 conference rooms, and can accommodate up to 60 people. The meeting rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and many feature natural daylight. For weddings and other social occasions the hotel has a two-level ballroom that can cater up to 220 people.
