No good for business travel - dont even have an iron !! supposed to be 4* hotel!Staff not helpful.but rooms where nice. location ok and clean.

We arrived very late at night from Bergamo Airport so the metro was closed and transport was limited. A taxi to the hotel cost 10 Euros. Please don't use one of the "private" taxis who are loitering outside Central Station. They tried to charge us between 20-30 Euros for a journey that was less than 1 mile. The return journey cost us 1 Euro on the metro (yes 1 euro) the metro where we took the coach to the airport. Getting around the city was easy as the metro station is right outside the hotel and takes about 15 mins to get to the centre of Milan with 1 change. You can also get the tram for 3 euros which is also very near to the hotel.The breakfast was okay but could have been better for a hotel of that standard. The hotel is located in a quiet and less than salubrious area but don't let that put you off as it really is a quality hotel. Also it is only 5 mins away from the famous Coso Como (hope I've spelt it right) area which is full of bars and restaurants.
