Great Hotel - Convenient LocationMe and my wife were looking for a nice hotel, not budget breaking, that would allow us to explore Barcelona. We could not have asked for anymore than what we got at this hotel. We got a standard double room which was very modern and the bed was super king size, so you could play football on it, if you wanted to. It was extremely comfortable, very clean and right opposite the main station and underground. You are a few stops from Ramblers and the rest of the amazing sites. When we stayed we were offered a good deal on the rooms so all in all I have nothing negative to say. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

good locationHotel was very clean and you can catch a tour bus a taxi or a train from just outside the door. The breakfast was fine - lovely and fresh. The beds are large and very comfortable but the bathrooms are open plan so if you dont know someone too well make sure you take a bathrobe!!! All in all a nice place to stay as a base. Try the Peixerot restaurant at the other side of the station for an excellent seafood meal.

Three night in Barcelona AC SANTSHotel was excellent , sited between two Metro Stations Placa de Sants and the larger Sants Estacio which is a major metro/train/bus station and start of Barcelona Bus trips. So hotel is excellent and small restaurants across the street served until pretty late. All round the hotel was excellent and worth he money ,nice staff ,good advice and modern clean room. Automatic light sensor in bathroom was fun ,waving from the shower to trigger it on after teh surprise blackout. Stay here and don't fear disappointment as it is an excellent base for a weekend or business trip to Barcelona! We didn't have breakfast or eat here so can't comment but assume like everythinng else its pretty good ,if a bit pricey for someone who eats a small breakfast.
