Ace Hotel & Swim Club in Palm Springs is a 4.5 acre resort property that features a diner, bar, spa, two pools, a large event space and 180 rooms. Ace mixes high and low to create an unconventional space that is intimate, fun and consistent with the desert aesthetic. The Swim Club is open to the public for a fee, including a large pool, spa, poolside bar and patio restaurant. The Spa at Ace is casual, simple and unfussy. We have a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Cedar-lined indoor treatment rooms with sauna and steam flow out to the large Swim Club pool. Fresh, straightforward and effective treatments are inspired by the desert surroundings. Eat at King's Highway, the old restored diner, or grill your own - we will bring a Weber and some grillables to your private patio, terrace or one of the communal outdoor hearths. It's like being at home, only you're somewhere else. Please note that a $20 nightly resort fee will be collected at check-in. Also, a pet fee of $25.00 per night for the 1st pet (and $10.00 per pet per night for additional pets) will be assessed. (Pets are only allowed into patio rooms with a garden or a fire place.)

Well...my husband and I took a weekend away and left the baby behind. The location is nice. The food is excellant. The saltwater pool is to die for. My only complaints were that the pool area was trashed for several hours after the partying that took place the night before (my husband and I didnt attend the party but heard and could see the evidence) and that the maintenance guys chose to literally start cleaning the spa while my husband and I were sitting in it, relaxing. These were buzz kills but other than that I would recommend the hotel.

The room is big enough for our 1 year old daughter to crawl and walk around. The bed was kind of old, I wish the bed was replaced. I am satisfied with the size of the room and cleanliness. I just hope they will replace those beds, thats all. Everything else is great.

This is a hipster spot with minimal decor and cool fun touches. The staff is super friendly. The hotel food is fresh,good and reasonably priced. Would be a great spot to go for a Bachlorette party or with a group of friends. Good pool scene. Not a great spot for couples looking for a quiet getaway.

Horrible customer service. Very loud music by the pool. Horrible food. Slow room service. None of the rooms (I asked) get dark. The windows are covered in a light canvas and the light comes in the room around 6:30am and woke us up each day. The hotel staff couldn't offer so much as another canvas sheet or even a dark tablecloth to help. Their response was, "That's the decor. We have nothing to help make it darker." The rooms are small and tacky.
