Adeba is a basic, friendly hotel in a yet-to-be-upgraded neighbourhood just outside the old city of Prague, but within easy reach of the old town by very efficient metro or bus (2 stops)or about 20 mins walk. It has few amenities and the breakfast is pretty rudimentary (no fruit or whole grains), but the staff are very friendly and obliging. The rooms are very clean and modern but somewhat basic (no internet connection in rooms; you can access internet in main lobby). There is no pool or fitness centre but you can book the private jacuzzi/sauna room for about $30 per hour. Adeba's main advantage is that it is considerably less expensive than most other Prague Hotels. In this regard we thought it was very good value, especially for those who only want a place to sleep and are spending most of their time in the downtown restaurants and theatres.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area very close to nice restaurants and cafes, and a park. Easy access to the historic centre (just 20 minutes walk). Staff are very friendly. They offered booking a taxi to airport at a competitive price - very good of them!

A pretty regular hotel, nothing unusual. Perhaps some more furniture in the room would be nice - like a chair or something like that. Also, they have reusable 'glasses' and tumblers in the room and bathroom - which takes up bathroom counter space and since nobody in their right mind would use those anyway (you don't know what has happened to them with previous use by other guests - eeww) they are a complete waste of space. But the beds are decent and there was a good shower with good water pressure - essential in my opinion. The hotel is close to the rails, however, so if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you - it didn't bother me at all though, I slept fine. Another thing to note is that I don't believe there is a lift - so if you are a heavy packer, bring someone strong to take the bags up to your room. There is no restaurant on the premises but there are quite a few restaurants in the area. A simple breakfast is served every day and the food is fine. Simple and not much variety perhaps, but fine. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful in regards to finding you information on museums and things like that. I also needed to print out a document which was no problem and was done free of charge. The area might not be the best in Prague, but it is very close to the city centre and there is a metro station very close to the hotel as well.

Very good location for seeing the sights of Prague, the hotel staff all spoke very good English. The room was very clean and the breakfast was better than I had anticipated, a good choice of hot or cold every day. Would recommend anyone thinking of staying in Prague to stay here.

Adeba is a newer hotel, a little off the beaten path. The street that the hotel sits on is a bit lifeless and dark at night. You need to walk a few blocks to find any restaurants, shops, ATMs, etc. There is a metro stop close by. I found some of the reception staff bit cold, while others were warm and friendly. The room was very clean and had what I needed. While the bed was not the most comfortable, the room was very quiet at night. Breakfast is served in the morning and there's plenty to fill you up. The internet is available for a small charge. While I thought the room was a good value for the money, I prefer a hotel in a more vibrant area.
