I have now stayed here three times and have found the Hotel to be excellent value and the staff very helpful and friendly. It is in a good location only being 3 minutes walk from the U bahn.

While this hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop, the neighborhood is somewhat rundown and seedy (although not the hotel). The room was large by European standards and the staff is friendly and helpful. The free internet in the lobby is also a plus. A very generous breakfast bar is also a nice feature.

A pretty nice deal for a big town hotel. I agree that the neighborhood is a bit seedy - a little depressing but didn't seem dangerous. Nice easy access to subway. Less than 5 minute walk away. Fabulous breakfast included. Like all German accommodations, this place is clean and comfortable.
