Both myself and my boyfriend were very happy with the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and the whole place was immaculately kept. I asked for a room with a double bed as opposed to the more availiable twin room and we were given a double room in the smoking area of the hotel. This however, was no problem, you would not have known the room was a smoking room if had not been for a small ash tray. The room service breakfast is highly recommended and very easy to order The hotel is not in the centre of Madrid, however there is a metro station very close by which is extremely easy to use and very resonable. We were very happy with our whole visit.

Great value for the money paid! It seems they really know how to run an hotel efficiently. Great for the business budget traveler that does not expect thrills, however, expects excelent service, nicely decorated super clean rooms, and best of all, a great price!

We stayed for two nights but stay was limited to night stay because during the day we went sightseeing. It is very near to Atocha station and Prado museum and that is the biggest advantage. The receptionist (don't remember the name) was very helpful and spoke english very well. He explained us about various excursions and Madrid vision tour. Only thing they do not send your lagguage upto your room? (you have to carry yourself?). Overall, it is valur for money though I did not have opportunity to taste their food.

slightly out of the main city area, but only 5 minutes to metro and then two stops to centre.good location for Prado; Reina Sofia and gardens.good hotel and great value.
