I was upgraded to a queen bed and a room with 2 balconies. It was wonderful!!! The staff was very helpful with the bus routes to take out to the Olympic stadium for the Roma Soccer Match. They were always pleasent, even after the earthquake:) The only thing I didn't like were the HARD beds!!!

Hotel Albani is one of the best hotels I stayed at. I got a great deal during the holidays. It is about 20 min walk to Central Station. Although it is a bit further, it is safe, clean and great service. The breakfast was awesome. There were 3 tables of GREAT food (from hot food to pastries and fruit) to choose from.

The Albani hotel did not meet my expectation as much as I paid. They charge me for my daughter over 25% extra after long discussion. I arrived late and they were not prepared. They didn't have the room that accommodate me. We spent over 45 minutes in lobby late night for getting room. I reserved a room for my family and they were saying that you reserve the room for just two adults. The hotel doesn't have all amenities such as pool and exercise room. Receptionists are not friendly and sometimes rude.

Clean, close to every thing, staff washelpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Great price, location, clean, safe and we shall go back there.
