I was in a front room on a Saturday night - it was very noisy on the street with revellers shouting and talking until 4 am- I got very little sleep! The hotel was easy for the taxi man to access- he had a satelite navigator! I was nervous going out at night for a meal- I was by myself. It was handy to be so near Grafton Street. I might stay here again mid-week in Summer when I'd feel safer.

There was no restaurant, just a breakfast room - the food and the variety offered for my breakfast requirements was fine, but there did not seem to be any evidence of a cooked breakfast for those who like that sort of thing. The room was in the garden terrace area - that is below the ground floor, but it was quiet, well decorated, and the bed, though simply was comfortable and I slept well. It was all fairly well kept and for a hotel so close to the centre of town and my appointments the next morning, really excellent value. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, and the check out efficient.

The hotel was a bit chilly, I guess they turned the heating off for summer. Internet access was only provided on the first two levels of the hotel, though i managed to get a week signal in my room. Bit noisy in the front of the hotel, trams and party people. But all in all great hotel, clean, friendly and large good quality rooms.
