For an airport hotel this one was pretty nice, it's practically brand new. The rooms, while not large, are big enough and it's location makes it easy to get to O'Hare quickly or hop the EL to the loop. Free wireless internet was a nice touch, but parking was a rip. Paying in the garage was $13 a day, not bad for something so close to the airport, but for some reason if you paid at the front desk the price jumped to $25. I guess the lesson is to pay in the garage...

Wonderful surprise! I had never heard of this chain, but was more than pleasantly surprised! A shuttle bus picked me up at the Rosemont El station shortly after I arrived there late at night. The room was super comfortable and attractive and the public spaces were inviting. I would stay there again!

Free internet, and gorgeous room. Very disappointed in this hotel. Parking was too expensive, no microwave in room. Pool small for 3 star hotel no hot tub. Very disappointed in this hotel. Parking was too expensive, no microwave in the room. Pool was small for 3 star hotel and no hot tub or tub on rooms. No restaurant or continental breakfast. Very expensive to eat at hotel. I had to go down 6 levels to heat up pizza.

The hotel does not have ANY parking spaces onsite but contracts with the City of Chicago for guests to stay in an adjacent parking garage at a rate of $26/night. We had 2 cars so that significantly increased the cost per night. Had we known that charge up front, we would have selected a different hotel. If you are driving, there are several hotels north of I-90 that offer complimentary parking. Aside from the parking, the hotel was nice and very kid friendly.

It is clean. Parking is very expensive. Self furnace in the room makes very noise. I don't recommend this hotel to every one especially who travel with their car and family. It just present room to stay. There is nothing complimentary. It is too far from downtown. Swimming pool is very small and dirty.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Very much a boutique hotel for the price of a typical Hampton Inn or Marriott Springhill or the like. Cool bar, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms were great, quite, upscale. I'd stay here again.

Do not waste your money on this place. My children and I checked in for one night and from the minute I walked through the door I was disappointed. The place was dirty, and right next to a major construction site. Very loud, music was blaring when we arrived. The staff at the front desk was dismissive and rude. We got to the room and I was horrified, it looked NOTHING like the pictures. We ended up walking back down, checking out and getting a refund with a lot of resistance by the way. I have been a flight attendant for 15 years and this hotel was in the bottom 5 worst I have ever seen.

The hotel overall is real nice the rooms could had been a little bigger. My biggest complaint is that when i got back from my trip i check my credit card on line and they had charge me so many different charges that i didn't do. I been calling them they said they would call back , i had to call them back,i'm still waiting for it to be fix,so be careful

New and clean, friendly staffs. Idon't like the background music in the lobby area. It's a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The shuttle service is good. Check-in was very fast although we have so many customers arrived at the same time.

Colorful, youthful, funky vibe. Location away from attractions. This hotel is funky, bright and colorful, modern and has a youthful appeal. Rooms have a loft appearance. This hotel is not very romantic and in just an OK location, but for young or young-thinking business travelers it does well.

My boyfriend and I were staying at Aloft for 2 nights while visiting the Chicago area. We were both impressed by the over all look, apperance, and aura that Aloft portrayed. Everything was very clean with a nice fresh aroma that filled the air, much better than many other hotels we've stayed at that smell old and musky. The only thing we both can think of that would have made the trip better would to have faster shuttle service and a wider selection in the bar area. Otherwise we were both very imprssed with our stay at Aloft.
