Great hotel, location not too bad (short walk into central London or 5 mins to Euston underground)Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very clean rooms and wonderful food. Room and bathroom was a bit on the small side but as this hotel is so nice it wasn't a great problem for us. Walked into Central London which took about 30 minutes but Euston underground was a 5 minute walk away which we used on day 2 getting a day pass. The hotel kept our bags in a secure room until we got our late train home. Overall our stay was great - and would recommend this hotel as long as you don't need to be in the centre of things as there are not many bars/restaurants close by.

Room 115Room was small but adequate for a short stay. Some outside noise presumably from heating system. View from window - non existant!Staff were very pleasant and helpful, food was excellent.

I have stayed here several times, but the rooms allocated seem to get smaller and smaller, and very few have baths (showers only - though good ones). The room has everything you need apart from much space to walk in. But for a short overnight stay where you don't need to work in the room for long, it's fine. The beds are always very comfortable, and the staff always friendly and helpful.

Great stay! The restaurant is closed on Mondays but room service is and excellent alternative and reasonably priced too! The fish and chips are the best i have ever tasted in London. All the staff were polite and friendly, and i was treated with a great deal of respect that is sadly lacking in some other, larger hotels in the capital. An excellent nights stay in a clean room with all of the modern trimmings, including a wet room.

Perfect spot as far as I was concerned. Rooms are nice and well decorated. Good value for money. I'll stay there again!

ReviewThe staff were very pleasant and helpful in all areas. My only criticism is that the room, although very well appointed, was small and without a clear window looking out. I found it very claustrophobic and I would not stay in a similar room again.

No window in the room and it was the size of a postage stamp. The bathroom was large as it was for disabled. We booked a superior room so we were surprised as it could not have been any smaller. When we checked we were assured that we were in a superior room and if we had booked for the full price I would not have been happy.

Great weekend getawayMum and I had a great weekend. The hotel is very modern inside although the design was perhaps more important than practicalities - we were not keen on the lack of privacy offered by the glass door to the shower room. Laterooms stated 'luxury room' but this was in our opinion a standard room. We generally liked it, breakfast was high quality and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great - easy walking distance to 3 mainline stations and 3 tube stations, shops, museums and restaurants. When we complained that our room did not appear to be a luxury room, we were given the impression this was not possible with twin beds so this needs to be addressed. We'd like to stay there again but not in the same type of room (especially the glass shower room door).

A flying trip to LondonI stayed at this hotel just overnight. The room was very small but very comfortable. I paid 119 pounds, booking online and while London prices are always a shock, this did include breakfast. The shower was hot and strong which does not always happen in London. The porter was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting me to log on to the hotel's wifi network. Breakfast was a hot English breakfast and perfectly OK.

I booked a single room but was allocated a double. The room was not huge but was clean, the bed linen was lovely and the shower room large and most importantly very clean. I didn't have a window but as I was only there for one night it wasn't a bit deal. The hotel is in a super location, very close to Euston. I'll stay there again.
