General Description

Our holiday-home is situated at the 2nd floor of a 19th century building home of noble families. At the entrance you can admire a magnificent fountain which will take you back to the times of ancient Rome. There is also a lift. The building is located in the heart of the city centre, 200 m from the Quirinale, home of the President, and at the same distance from the Forum and the Trajan Market. The Colosseum is only 5 minutes away as the Trevi Fountain. Public transportation stops just in front of the building where there are direct buses to the Vatican (10 minutes) and Termini Station. Check-in 10:00am.10:00pm. Check-Out 10:00am. We do not have the 24h reception so we will be in contact with you by mobile and e-mail. We will be there to give you the keys. Payment Cash Only. The last check-in is at 10:00pm. at that time, you have to be in the house or you will be charged of 25 Euros. Due to the cancellation policy, in case of no-show or cancellation after 14 days from your reservation, you will be charged for the amount of the first night automatically on client credit card.
