Me and my sister stayed in this hotel for two nights. It is far from the city center, you have to catch two metros to get to Madrid's downtown. Hotel staff unfriendly except for the guard, ask him directions on how to get downtown, he was nice. Quiet area and it seemed safe around. But will not book here again.

the room was an immaculate, ultra modern with a kitchenette, a lounge area with leather sofa and chair, private balcony, sleeping area. the sleeping area had a new plasma tv, the bath had a bidet and a jacuzzi tub, the bed was tempur -pedic-like. hot water was instant. i only had breakfast but it was excellent. there is a laundramat and an exercise room with several machines. the pools were dirty but it was too cold to swim. i thought i was in a much more expensive hotel. the only negtive was that it seemed far from the center of town, the rail station, the metro line, and the airport. the taxi driver took me from the airport and dumped me when he found the street, i had to get another taxi to take me the rest of the way. total cost was about 50. if i had transportation, i'd go back and stay as long as possible.
