The Latitude 30 restaurant was wonderful. Location on the freeway. Room view of the freeway. Spread out. Needed vehicle to get from room to facilities. It would be ok for a young family who was going to stay put. I would have preferred a nice hotel. Definitely would not work for the elderly.

nice location and pool area Room was terrible. Musty, horrible room location, very run down. Hotel is probably ok, we were moved from our original room as it was moldy and basically had holes in the walls. Someone came and sprayed Febreeze over our belonging while we were in the room. Very disappointing experience overall.

Relaxing, up class. They had no idea of the reservation, charged full price, had to "work" to fix problem, and shouldn¿t have to! This is nice; you'll be treated like royalty. Great pools, a vacation in itself, you'll never need to leave the premises to enjoy your entire week!

Room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I was very impressed with the room and thought it was well worth the money. We did not have full use of the water park. We loved our stay here. We went during the off season in Sept so there were no crowds. Our only complaint was that the Oasis water park was only half open. The wave pool was open but not the river nor the slides. We had dinner at the Rustlers Roost. The restaurant was not crowded and we had a terrific waiter.

Good location. A little dated. We went on the 4th of July for the water park feature. It was very busy. Not enough pool chairs or staff to work the enormous crowd. Ordinarily, it is probably fine but it was just way too busy to really relax.

Free internet access. Room service - expensive, never correct and slow. This hotel was quite disappointing. The staff was friendly but unknowledgeable. The rooms were clean but in need of refurbishment. A lot of hidden extras and not a luxurious feel.

The watermark "the oasis" was a perfect getaway! The rooms need a little renovating, like the beds, floor, TV. The hotel offers a wonderful getaway for a family from out of town or from in town ;).

Put in bad room ask for a change and hit for another $20 a day Put in a room next to the freeway on ramp- very noisy. Asked to moved to a habitable room and they said another room was $20 a day addtional. I stayed here the month before and was put in a nice room near the pool and golf course.

Very nice grounds, accommodations, rooms, entry. Rustlers Roost made us ill. Fillet was raw, ribs were greasy. Made us ill! Great for romantic getaways or family weekends. Superb accommodations. Avoid Rustlers Roost as food was not prepared properly and made us ill. 30' Latitude exceptional choice as well as Aunt Chillada's.

Water park. The water park was well-staffed, fun and the poolside food was the best in the resort. The interior rooms were also surprisingly nice, with room for a family and had decent beds.

This hotel is fun for the whole family we had a great time. A couple tips and notes: there is a height requirement for the waterslides of 48 inches both my boys, a brave 4 and 6, were not tall enough and very sad they could not ride the slide. The food at the hotel is expensive and really adds up. The pool side meals and drinks are ok but over priced. The daily resort fee really adds up too so be prepared for additional cost. Parking is free or part of the resort fee.

Beautiful grounds. Extra charges once we arrived. I thought that the hotel was over priced. Then they tacked on an extra 20 fee once we arrived. We requested a late check out and then were locked out of our rooms early. I don't intend on staying there again.

I like how it is secluded. Too many kids. I took this little getaway to have time with my spouse. I guess we chose the wrong weekend, because there were kids everywhere, wearing baseball attire.
