The Hotel is situated in the heart of Crawley town centre close to the railway station and the famous County Mall shopping centre. This award winning luxury 432-room hotel is only 10 minutes drive from Gatwick Airport or 8 minutes on the train to which the Arora International has direct platform access. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus service from/to Gatwick airport a charge applies per person each way. A very good quality hotel 10 minutes by car to the airport and even less by train from the nearby station. High quality standard of accommodation and service. This is a modern purpose built hotel. Gallucci Restaurant provides an excellent choice of Italian Cuisine is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The contemporary style Restaurant is bright and spacious. Situated in the centre of the Atrium, the Palm Deli and Bar offers, light snacks a choice of beverages, freshly baked paninis, various salads, sandwiches and a tempting selection of cakes, throughout the day. The Lobby is large with a comfortable seating area. The rooms are in Excellent condition and are on average medium sized. The decor is modern and facilities include modem connection points, in-room safe as well as in-room climate control to make your stay even more comfortable. All rooms are equipped with queen-size double beds and a fresh cotton duvet. Very good large modern hotelSpacious and well-equipped room and pleasant helpful staff. This hotel is in Crawley town not Gatwick - but if I was flying I'd still stay here. Excellent value and much better than other 'airport hotels' widely advertised.

Brilliant for the priceHotel is in an excellent location, room was big and clean and service great. I only paid £55 through Laterooms which I think is a bargain! Although obviously breakfast is not included. Had a lovely fresh pizza from room service for dinner (bit expensive at £9.95 but worth it). Check out time of 10am perhaps a bit early?? But overall my stay was absolutely fine and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Always a reliable high standard here - I stay here a lot but am particularly delighted when I get a good late rooms price!

Ref the restaurant at breakfast, please learn about the issues/problems as highlighted to the duty hotel manager as it was of a very poor standard as I was not the only one who made a complaint that morning, and that the manager in charge of the said restaurant needs to undersatnd that your not being charged for the breakfast is not just the answer to the problem, peole like to eat in a clean area and that milk should not be watered down, that bread is handled correctly ref normal catering requirements ref food hygine, food should be hot not cold etc etc. I had 3 young children with me and it was not good.

Third stay and would still come back!Ive stayed in this hotel a number of times on business and have said that add ons can prove expensive - however, if you have colleagues around to slum it with, there is a less pricy pub style bar in the West wing of the hotel which serves food and cheaper drinks than the lounge and resturant. Although, when i return alone, i wouldnt go to the pub alone as its still quite a male dominated area with a pool table and big screens for sports.
