A very good location for this hotel, 50 mt near markisches museum station (U2 underground, red line). My double room was clean, large, modern and the price good. Breakfast is not included and it's very expesive, around 16 euros for buffet breakfast. There is also a little breakfast for 5-6 euros, but near the hotel there is some bar and cafe to have breakfast. A very good hotel to visit Berlin ----------------------------------------------------------- Un buon Hotel 4 stelle ad un prezzo accessibile su hotelclub. La stanza doppia standard è piuttosto ampia, pulita, con arredi semplici ma moderni, tv a schermo piatto. Il personale cordiale e disponibile, la fermata metro di markisches museum è proprio fuori l'hotel (linea rossa U2), ma la posizione dell'hotel consente di raggiungere a piedi facilmente molti punti della città, come la unter den linden, alexanderplatz etc.

Quiet location. Quality and cleanliness of room. This is definitelyno luxury hotel. The furnishings are old, carpets are worn and bathrooms are in strong need of renovation. Cleanliness is also not the best.

The Hotel is located acroos the street from the U-Bahn and a short walk from "Museum Island." Front desk staff eager to help in making restaurant reservations, giving directions, etc. I had a problem with my room on the first night and was upgraded to a room across the hall overlooking the TV Tower. When booking ask for a room overlooking the City. Breakfast was incredible buffet but pricey at 18 Euros/person (around the corner 2 bistros offering 5 Euro breakfast). For 22 Euros, book a breakfast before 11 am weekdays 12pm weekends at Mandala Suites Lounge which overlooks the Potsdamer Platz and offers free use of computer to check emails. No internet access provided in rooms else must pay for same in lobby.Mini-bar fully stocked and reasonable prices.Supermarkets 2 blocks away. Would definitely stay here again as would my 21 year old son whose room was equally comfortable but had street view.

Location, can't be beat. Very central. After checking in, the clerk asked, will you be joining us for breakfast, I responded, is it included she replied, yes. Imagine my surprise when I checked out, and was billed for breakfasts that was supposed to be included! Be careful here, staff might not speak English as well as one would expect.

Excellent location. Right on subway stop. Near attractions. Nice towels. Very quiet. Room was small. No coffeemaker. Only one chair. Awful pillows. Soft mattresses. This hotel is right on a subway stop which is very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel was very quiet, and we had a no smoking room. Most of the rooms are small (although we were offered one which was a bit larger, but it was a smoking room and right by the elevator). The rooms with one bed are tiny and only have a shower. Ours had two beds and a bathtub. The furniture is Ikea like, inexpensive. There are no drawers in the room. The pillows are thin, and the mattress was soft. I'd stay there again for the price and because of the location.
