Situated in a prime spot on Platia Eleftherias, on the edge of the main shopping district. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants and just a short walk from the port. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the city. It offers a friendly, professional service and a very good standard of accommodation. The hotel also boasts a fantastic rooftop pool and snack bar. Since it's complete renovation in 2001, the hotel now has a modern glass facade. The blue glass balconies give the hotel a very cosmopolitan look. The Junior Suites are the most luxurious rooms in the hotel, spacious and decorated to a very high standard these are among the best rooms one can get in Heraklion. They are equipped with all of the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this standard i. e. safe, minibar, satellite television. They are the largest and most comfortable rooms in the hotel and are tastefully decorated in rich, bright colours and modern style. The bathrooms are clean and modern and are a good size. The lobby is large, bright and airy and offers a limited amount of comfortable seating. To the rear of the lobby is a coffee shop which is a hive of activity - frequented by locals and tourists alike. The main restaurant serves rich buffet breakfast in the morning and serves a variety of Cretan and International dishes for lunch and dinner. Its glass front enables you to enjoy the view of the buzzing Platia whilst you dine. 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, 5 kms to the nearest airport (n. kazantzakis).
