we thought that this was a great hotel. two minutes from the metro for getting about, but you can walk to the centre easily. the staff were helpful, booked us a restaurant, sorted out an early check in taxis, all no problem. The breakfast buffet was really very good. The room was clean and a perfectly good size. All in all a really good place for a trip to vienna.

The hotel is in a good location, the people are very friendly, and the breakfest buffet is quite enjoable. However, some of the rooms are rather dark, albeit well taken care of.
