Ayre Hotel Caspe is a modern design hotel with a functional style in all its facilities. Location: Located in the heart of modernist Barcelona. The Ayre Caspe is located in the Eixample. The grid pattern of the Eixample (or Ensanche) is a feat of nineteenth-century urbanism. The city grew with wide avenues of modernist architecture. Paseo de Gracia, Barcelona's most glamorous boulevard, divides the district. Here you will also find designer boutiques and buildings of Gaud. Discover this elegant district where the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's cathedral of dreams whose construction is ongoing. You will also find many restaurants, from outdoor terraces on Rambla de Catalunya to great French restaurants. Visit one of the trendy cocktail bars in the neighborhood, where you'll find tourists and city dwellers. Very modern hotel. Very clean. Reception staff a bit aloof but helpful when asked. Could walk to Placa Catalnya and Sagrada Familia but if taking th Metro best to use Arc de Triophe station as you don't have to change. Would stay there again. Restaurant had limited menu but food was excellent. Jacuzzi great for sore legs at the end of a day sightseeing.

Chic, boutique-style hotel, well locatedA very modern hotel; interesting arty furnishings and clean-cut crisp lines which we really liked. Room and beds were comfortable and the bathroom great. Disappointingly, there was no bidet .We really enjoyed our stay and found the location (between the Arc de Triomph Square and Catalunya Square) ideal. The Aerobus from the airport stops at the Catalunya Square and it took 20 minutes to walk to the hotel; we did the same for our homeward journey. The aero bus is 4.50 Euro each way (taxi would have been 25-30 Euro. We walked everywhere after getting our bearings from the hop-on-hop-off Bus Touristic embarking at the Sagria Familia; there is also a stop at the Catalunya Square. My advice to the hotel would be to include breakfast.

This hotel was just as described, clean and modern and there was metro and bus stops very close by.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Good sized rooms. Could of done with something in the mini bar besides water. But would recommend the hotel. Good value for money for a surety.

The room was clean and ultramodern in design; this was pretty, but not necessarily functional. The bed, for instance, wasn't particularly comfy at all. Some of the staff was very friendly and helpful, though. FYI: its location is a long way from any tourist sights and not the best part of town. Still, overall, a nice place if you are into ultramodern interiors.

Staff were not very friendly, this may have been down to the fact I was wearing jeans and a pair of converse rather than a nicely tailored suit!

Nice clean and pleasant atmosphere. probably better for just couples. would definately stay here again, staff were really nice and helpful.
