Myself and a friend stayed here for one night and it was a very nice hotel. The pool and sauna facilities were excellent. The breakfast was very good. We were attending a party so did not eat in the restaurant.

Its so suitable with families with young children. The hotel provided a milk and cookie service for all children staying in the hotel- let reception know what time the are going to bed and they deliver complementary milk and cookies to your room. This really impressed our son he felt very important!!!The swimming pool and gym and changing facilities were are very clean- and opens onto an enclosed garden with ponds, ducks stepping stone and water features. Again are son really enjoyed the gardens.However the hotel was not over run with families there was a diverse range of people staying there- some families, some groups, some couples... we satyed at the weekend so it was mostly leisure customers.The only negetive thing i could say about the hotel was its location- you would definately need a car to get in and out of bristol-its appox 10-15minutes in car, and almost an hour on bus service a taxi is between £20-£35 depending on company.Very good hotel but definately need a car if wanting to experience bristol.
