Rooms were clean and spacious. Room was next to elevator so noisy all day and night. Great location, great rooms as long as they are not near elevator shafts.

My fiance, myself, and several of our friends stayed at Bally's the day before and the day of our wedding. I was enormously pleased with the helpfulness of the hotel staff. We arrived earlier than our check in, and they were able to put us in a room right away. The room was clean and very comfortable. The casino had several places for us all to gather together to eat, drink, and get to know each other as some of us were meeting for the first time. My brother and sister-in-law came to visit us and returned again because they thoroughly enjoyed the band playing there. The casino had a nice variety of table games, poker, and slots. We were never bored. My fiance (now husband) and I were crazy busy and thrilled to have room service bring us an excellent breakfast. The room service staff was very busy (there was a convention in town), but were very efficient and the meal was GREAT! We will definitely return.

The Bally's Hotel and Casino fell a little below my expectations. During the intial check in the cards we were provided for our room were incorrect and for that reason we had to go back down to the check in line and wait get new cards. Also, the fan inside the bathroom did not work and caused the mirrors in the bathroom to become covered with condensation and moisture. This was a nuisance for it caused a delay in getting ready to go out on the town because my roomate and I couldn't see ourselves in the mirror. The room had a strong odor, but that was expected because we chose to have a smoking room. The hotel staff were for the most part friendly and provided us extra bath towels when we needed them. In all honesty I probably will not stay at Bally's the next time I go to Vegas.

The view from my window was great. Housekeeping needs improvement. Hotel was beautiful, but housekeeping needs to vacuum under tables & against walls, clean off counters everyday and clean under cabinets in bathroom - found a nose strip and be cleaner with remote control - very funky, lamps stained with beverage of some sort.

I have stayed from one end of the strip to the other. Bally's is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the other major hotels on the strip. It has decent shops and some places for good food. I left my keys and phone charger in the room when I left and when I phoned to see if they were there the staff located them and mailed them quickly to my home. The standard rooms were quite large and overall I was very pleased with my stay here.

Perfect location for the Vegas experience. Located right in the middle of the strip. Surrounded by great casinos for gambling, shopping, and sightseeing.

After paying for a room upgrade, I expected decent furnishings. Not so. The desk veneer was seriously flawed; the upholtered chair was worn, discolored, and uncomfortable; the fake flower arrangement was filthy and showing its age. And the windows were covered with grime. I requested a room change but was told that this room is as good as they have. Bally's has become a one star hotel.

Location and price were excellent. Rooms were spacious. Rooms need to be updated and too far to the pool. The location of Bally's was perfect. Right in the center of the Vegas strip and with access to the Monorail, it was easy to see all of the sights. The rooms were spacious and clean, but could definitely use some updating. We stayed in the south tower overlooking the Eiffel Tower. It was beautiful. We could even see and hear the Bellagio fountains! Bally's is probably one of the best priced hotels on the strip. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Vegas.

Nothing. Unfriendly staff" discriminating". The worst hotel experience I ever had. The towel overused, thin and hard. It took a long time before the room got ready and the lady who checked me in was the least warm and impersonal. The only one accommodating and informational was the lady who registered us at the rewards section.

The restaurants and the convenience of the monorail. Nothing I can think of. This is your typical Vegas hotel. Nothing to make you want to stay in your room. I found the people to be friendly and the room was ok. Nothing special but certainly not a negative experience. The monorail stop is convenient and I used to get back and forth to the convention center. I ate at the main restaurant and it was good but had a fairly limited menu. I also ate at the Asian restaurant which was good, not spectacular, but also over priced. I would stay there again.

It was very conveniently located, one of the cheaper major strip hotels, really liked the view from the room. Could have been a little bit more flashy, nicer, room did not have a mini bar, when called front desk from room they were a little rude. Overall, it was what I was looking for. I was just staying for one night so I didn't want anything fancy. It was the cheapest major strip hotel and the location was great, center strip. If I would have stayed two nights, I would have chosen some place else.

Central location and big hotel room, check in was a bit slow. Interior is old but still comfortable, shared parking garage with Paris so you'll have to walk a long way back to lobby after self parking.

Great location and very convenient. For the price I can't really complain and the rooms were clean. But the hotel's age is starting to show and like most places in Vegas the food is way over priced.

Paid for an upgraded room as the one requested was not available; upgraded was large. Surly, programmed staff. From the arrival on hands were out waiting for tips. When the room requested (non smoking) was not available no other option but an upgraded room was explored. This was accepted to get away from the staff as quickly as possible. If you love to gamble maybe this will be acceptable; for visitors to lass Vegas for any other reason stay elsewhere.

Ballys @ LV location is great. It is at the middle of the "Strip". It made it possible to walk to most of the major hotels. Our room was larger than I expected with a good size bathroom, clean too. The TV reception wasn't too good but so what. Basically, a very good value.

It was an average room. No frills just the basics, well not all the basics considering there was no coffee maker. (It's a must when you do those all nighters). The casino and poker room were ok. I spent most of my time at the higher end casinos during the day. Which brings me to my final point in which this casino's best attribute is it's location.

It was okay. Nothing especially good or bad. I was glad to have brought my own wireless modem because Bally's, like every other hotel, charges the outrageous price of $12/day for internet access. Nice location on Strip, connected to Paris resport casino. The downside of that is that Paris makes Bally's feel tired and in need of a makeover.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was a great value for the money and a good location. The room (North Tower) was plenty big for two people (we had 2 queen beds), and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Take a trip down to the Pool level and explore the shops there. We almost missed this gem! We loved the $20 store! My only real complaints were: 1. NO REFRIGERATOR. i think a hotel at this price point should at LEAST have this amenity. 2. Get better ironing boards. it's so flimsy, the iron took a dive a couple of times when i accidently bumped the board. 3. Have a late night staff that picks up room service carts. That nasty food parked in the hall is off-putting.

The hotel gave the best value among the other 4- or 5-star hotels along the strip. For an older hotel, this was nicely renovated, and the standard rooms were LARGE (800 sq. ft.) Location can't be beat, next to Paris, across the Bellagio fountains, and even has its own Metrorail station.

Bally's was a very nice hotel. My only disappointment with them was that I felt check-in took too long. There was not an excessive number of people waiting in line; however, there were only two hotel employees working the check-in line. Still, overally I was very pleased and would recomend this location to my friends and family

We've stayed at Bally's before and never been treated badly. Five years ago one of the customer service staff helped me plan an evening for my wife and I to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The prices for food in all of the hotels is getting out of hand as far as I'm concerned. The buffet at Bally's is great, but at $19 each and my wife doesn't eat enough to keep a fly alive, it gets pretty costly. The casino's are putting in a lot of machine that are multidenominational from 1 cent to 10 cents. But the number of lines you have to play to win much and the number of bets per line finally add up to between 75 cents and a dollar a pull. That is getting a little pricey for a retired person. They have raised the price to ride the monorail until it's too expensive to ride more than once. Overall, Las Vegas has just about priced itself out of my wallet.

Overall experience is very good, location is perfect at the heart of strip, the show is fantastic, room is big and comfortable, service is attentive. The Burger Brasserie serves the best burger l ever have, l am not a fast food goer, may be. The cuppacino there is also nice. Slot machines are far too out dated and the percentage of return is very low compare with those in Seattle. Yes, every machine is a profit center but try to attract more players by returning in a higher ratio. Gambler is gambler and l am ONE. Very enjoyable stay at the Ballys, Vegas. BIG THANK TO ALL THE HOTEL STAFF !!!

My wife and I have been to Vegas for about ten other vacations in the past but not in the past three years and were surprised to find the downturn in open shops and low staff numbers in Bally's and other places as well. We enjoyed our stay but feel that the newcomers we met didn't or won't experience near the amazing things we saw that were available to the average folks.

Bally's hotels are always dependable, with reliable room quality, good service, cleanliness. As with most casino hotels and the current economy, there are now charges for small things that used to be included, such as coffee makers, refrigerators in rooms, food pricing, and other small conveniences. I wish there were pre-paid dining packages available for this trip. Better discounts for shows were available elsewhere than from the hotel. Food pricing was comparable at many other locations, but didn't travel across country to eat at Denny's in order to make a simple burger affordable....

The room was very nice, but I don't understand why the fitness room cost an additional $22/day to use, even for a simple treadmill, I also didn't like the fact that they had a computer to print out a airline ticket boarding pass, but it cost a minimum of $5 to use, seemed like I was getting nickel and dimed. Location however was great, quick access to Paris, Caesars and Bellagio, room rate was outstanding.

Middle of the line hotel - nothing fancy. Comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, clean. The location is great - being in the middle of the strip. We were disappointed that their excellent reasonably priced buffet has closed but the buffet at Paris next door is convenient and does provide a suitable alternative. The hotel feels old and really needs to be renovated in my opinion. Prices are now reasonable with the fiscal downturn and you can do worse than staying there.

The hotel room was great. We had 4 people in the room and there was plenty of room for our cloths and beverages. The room service was quick and thoughtful. Only the actual gambling in the hotel was below average, but the location was so good you could walk to the ritzy hotels (Bellagio/Cesars) or the cheaper party hotels (Osheas/Imperial) very quickly.

It was a great stay with all expectations fulfilled. The hotel was right smack where the activities happened. Location. Room AC unit been turn off and on every 5 minutes. Hotel is well located, facilities are ok, the only problem that I confronted is that in the room the AC was turning on and off every 5 minutes to save energy and it was very difficult to sleep during the night with all that noise every time the units will turn on.
