Management, wasn't clean enough. The hotel has a great location but that is where it ends.

This is definitely a hotel to stay in if you aren't looking for much aside from a good bed to sleep in, in a great location. The rooms were clean and large enough, but nothing fancy. The daytime desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, and anyone else we encountered was friendly. The only issue we encountered was during checkout - no one was at the desk at 5am to check out with, so we left a note. Also the phone in our room didn't work, but then again we didn't need it so no big deal.

The font desk was rude from day one. the rooms are not as they appear in the photo on the internet. They do not provide wash clothes, we had to ask for them everyday and the staff were nasty in responding that either they don't have any or we had to wait for them to do the laundry, There is no help in carrying luggage, no elevator and the first floor rooms had a terrible stench. The bathrooms are tiny and the knobs in the tub were rusty and loked as if they had been eaten away by some knd of animal. They don't ake repairs, instead they paint over things (There were at least two instanes i which staff members were spot painting in the hallways). My friends and i go to SoBe annually and we stay at different hotels each time, and ths was definitely the worst expereince ever. i would greatly recommened that you do not stay here.
