Lobby is prestine, very comfortable, and inviting. Room was set on the comfort of sleeping and relaxing. Beautiful boutique furniture and floors. Minimally decorated. Bathroom took up most of the space with a large soaking tub and a separate shower and toilet. Bathroom kits are also of superb quality. Excellent location and the staff is professional and extremely courteous.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.. and they really cares about your stay in Beijing...if you don't know anything, just ask them, and they will answer more than you expected.. beside, the hotel is clean, well located, equipped with excellent bathroom.. we really enjoy staying there and surely will come again!

The great location is in Centre of Beijing and near dozens of fabulous restaurants. Easy walking to see many of Montreal's tourist sites. The hotel itself is quite nice and the bar was cozy. The staff are professional and friendly. My room in Drum Tower View and it felt huge. I like modern style hotels so this was perfect for my taste.

Reception are very friendly! Helped us with all our enquiries! Even helped us to locate our camera when we left it in the taxi :) It's location is very central. Close to bus station, shops and restaurants. Will definately go back here next time in Beijing.

Had to pay everything in the room including shower kits; TV signal was bad; the reception claimed that the credit card service was down and asked to pay in cash, the truth was there's nothing wrong with the credit card service, I think they simply didn't want to pay the fee that would be charged by their bank and the drain smell in the room bothered me most.

I stayed at this Hotel April this year and my stay was good, but this stay was awesome. They had upgraded the hotel bathrooms, landscaping, etc and according to the front desk they where repainting the exterior, and renovating the lobby, and lots more. Service was very friendly, and helpful at all times. Breakfast was great, i would only stay here when visiting the Beijing.

Fantastic vacation! We stayed there for almost two days, There was wide-ranging of meals to choose from including wines and other things to eat. They were abundant the whole day till evening. People working at that place were mostly cooperative and hospitable during our stay. The sleeping area was neat and large. We were just sorry to say, that we have to cut off our vacation short. All the people there were very great. I'll be back there soon.
