We arrived well past check-in limit on a Sunday night. (Turns out that weekday visits are best for folks over 25.) The check-in line was too long for that hour, and it didn't move quickly. But from that time on, our experience was stellar! The clerk offered an upgrade to a room over the lake for $50.00 a night. We took it, and anyone who can afford that upgrade and is spending any time at all in their hotel room after dark and before midnight should. We used the spa ($25.00 surcharge/day...and worth every penny!) the next day. There is a good gym and the spa is wonderful. White marble floor with sunken tubs, quiet music, plush robes and towels. A clean steam room the size of a bedroom. A large, large dry sauna. Chaise lounge. A meditation room. Any non-alcoholic beverage you can think of. Fruit and health bars. And the showers are frosted-glass wonders. Several sprays from different directions, and a mini-light show around the top of the enclosure as you shower. The vanity and toiletries section is a wonder. The room was large and quiet and the bed (with starched sheets) was a platform for soft, sweet dreams. I don't know who the baker for the croisants in the hotel is, but they deserve a medal. I bought one each morning. Had a great, five-star time!

My wife and I stayed at the B for 3 nights and it was an awesome experience. We would definitely stay again if we didn't have a plan to experience other hotels. Highly recommended! Our room got upgraded by this very nice young lady at the front desk due to a mistake made by the online travel website. We appreciate it.

This was my first stay at the Bellagio and when I return to Vegas I will certainly stay here again. The room we received was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff came in twice a day and always asked us if we needed anything when we passed them on the hallway. Unlike other casinos, it also wasn't too crowded which was great. It was easy to find a table and even the pool area wasn't jammed packed which made the whole experience that much better. There also weren't very many kids running around like some other hotels which is always a plus in my book. Its located in the center of the strip - by all the other Casinos (Caesars, Mirage, Paris, Planet Hollywood). There is a great selection of restaurants but on the pricey side.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the room. It had a marble entryway and marble floors in the bathroom. Good sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. I did not hear my neighbors through the walls. We ate at the buffet and at the garden restaurant (can't remember its name) by the chocolate shop. Both were good. I loved the casino area. Everything felt open and large. We saw the Cirque de Soleil "O" and it was very good. It was easy to grab a taxi and go up and down the strip. We visited the Venetian and the Mirage. The Venetian was over the top, but I liked the Bellagio better. Service was excellent from the check in clerk, to the restaurant staff, to the concierge staff. I will definitely stay here again.

I have to say, the whole trip was fantastic. All in time, with no delay, good transportation from airport to hotel and back, with right on time schedule. Hotel was marvelous, clean, well located, with restaurants and services close to perfection. I will return there for sure and will book through Orbitz.com Thanks

We just got back from a stay here. The rooms were FANTASTIC, the service was excellent while not being intrusive,,,,,,the food was outstanding, the atmosphere was exciting without all of the bells and noises that usually accompany a casino. We stayed in one of the less expensive rooms but you couldn't tell that by the amenities, Marble everywhere, lots of towels, great responsive room service. We also saw the show "love" at the Mirage which was incredible as well. I can't wait to go back., If anyone from the hotel is reading this, you have a first class casino and hotel and we enjoyed every minute.

Check in was pleasant and quick for us. When we got to the room, The sheets were dirty, the carpet needed Shampooing, and my husband had to hold the wire on th phone to talk. So of course like any 5 star hotel would do, They upgraded our room. It was better............... in the bathroom because that's what we're use too (Marble and granite). I dreaded leaving and returning because every night(6 of them) we HAD to walk through the smoked filled casino right after parking and walking through the hot lobby leading into the hotel (broken for 4 out of 7 days). It was always crowded in the lobby unlike the Venitian where we saw the Blue Man Group whom were very entertaining. Housekeeping became very attentive once we complained about the room's untidiness a couple of times. We had strings hanging from the head board. The dust was thick around the room address plate, and the mini lamp shades in the corridoor. Also,The Iron leaked rust on my dress and my husbands pants one evening. In addition, the carpet in our new-room needed shampooing as well; and everytime we exited the hallway to our quaters, there was a stale odor. However, the view from our room was esquisite, the 5 pools were awsome, the mattress felt like a cloud, and the chief (kitchen staff included) should get an award!!!! EVERYTHING at the Bellagio is over priced. All I can say is What a profit their making, lol. Oh yes, I must mention the teeth I had to pull the very first time I went to the conceiere's desk. The young lady seemed sad to be at work evidently because, I had to coach her every move. She acted as if the information I wanted was top secret. Any who, the water exhibit is very lovely especially in the evening. The robe and slippers were very comfortible. The end was rocky because we got a stuffy clerk whom didn't realize whom he was talking to or that he was at work. That changed after my husband gently reminded him of his status. All in all, I had a good stay at this hotel but, I had a Blast in V

I can hardly believe the Bellagio lets guests stand in line for 40 minutes to check in/out over the weekend. They should institute an "S" line, allowing the guest to go to the next available clerk. The Business Center was in the next zipcode compared to our room location in the Spa Tower. Otherwise, everything was top shelf.

The service was excellent. They accomodated our requests for the two rooms we booked. The thing I didnt like about the Bellagio hotel was that there was limited priveleges given to guests that are staying in the hotel i.e. priority seating for the buffet, they even charge for the gym which I think should be free to staying guests. The hotel is inundated by cigarette smell from the time you come in the lobby and through the whole first floor. I wish they could eliminate or at least diminish the smell of cigarette in the hotel.

The Bellagio is a beautiful hotel. The lobby areas were well decorated and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. It is famous for a reason! The rooms were spacious and had fine quality funiture to look at and relax on. The rooms were clean and cool. The location seemed to be right in the heart of the city-centrally localized. The hotel was one of the finer parts of this visit.

We have traveled to Las Vegas on several occasions and have wante to stay at the Bellagio for some time. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room facing the famous fountains and could watch the entertainment (with music) from our room. What a great experience! We were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and appreciated the large shower and bathtub in the room. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bellagio.

Every single person on the hotel staff was friendly! From the front desk to the housekeeper! We loved our room - the beds were amazing! The bathroom was gorgeous. They were very strict about checking room keys to allow guests onto the elevator & down to the pool - kind of nice to know that some random drunk from the casino floor won't be stumbling onto the floor where you're staying. We were four girls staying alone for Spring Break, and we definitely felt safe there. Many people were surprised that we decided to stay at the Bellagio, but we felt it was worth the extra money to be sure that we would be safe & happy - and we got it at a great price thanks to the online travel website! We ate at The Buffet and Noodles - both were good. The Buffet was $30, but delicious! We would've gone there another night had it been a little less pricey. Noodles seemed like a little more 'authentic' Asian cuisine than what we were used to, but it was still good. (We're fully aware we eat American versions of Asian food! haha) We went to the Caramel Bar & The Bank, both bars inside the hotel (not managed by the Bellagio though) - quite pricey ($9/beer; $16/martini), and we couldn't get service for our lives. We found that we were much better off at the casino bar... Or playing the slots and getting free drinks. ;)

We went to Vegas to get married and have our honeymoon all in one trip. We could not have picked a better hotel for this occasion, they even upgraded our room to a spectacular view of the fountain and eiffel tower across the street. (even though we did not get married there) I did get my hair and makeup done at the spa for our wedding and they did a great job, I could not have asked to look more beautiful. The hotel has a ton of restaurants to choose from and is centrally located on the strip. The maid service was impecciable, and the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

Upon arrival at the Bellagio, we did not have any problems checking in to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean, and maid service cleans room TWICE a day. The decor was very modern and clean. Top Notch. The dinner buffet, though $30 per person, was very good. Try to eat dinner early, as the dinner buffet starts at 4:30pm, or you will be standing in a long line like we did for about an hour. We got in line about 7:45p and did not get seated until almost 9pm. There are places to eat outside of the casinos. Try the Miracle Mile Mall in Planet Hollywood. We really enjoyed our visti to Las Vegas and the Bellagio Hotel. We can't wait to get back soon.

The Bellagio use to be exceptional in services and accomodations when they first opened. In recent years since becoming part of the MGM conglomerate, everything has declined dramatically and service is on par with that of large airports. Rooms are small compared to others on the strip and dated, no coffee service in room, no complementary coupons for buffet or restaurants. Curiously looked inside their overpriced fully stocked computer-sensored mini-frig , didn't take or touch anything, placed our own snacks and drinks on top of frig - shocked to see $24 charge to my amex, twice! (rep says opening the door or any slight vibration will cause an automatic charge to your cc!). Awoken early am by the noisy whiny sounds of water pipes from adjacent neighbors using bathrooms; had to call security at 1am one night due to loud music and partying from next door, our headboards were right up against the common wall - surprised walls are so thin! For better value, try the Harrah's hotels (Bally's, Paris, Caesars). For luxury, try Wynns or the Venetian instead. Best part of Bellagio is their dancing waterfountains which is best viewed and experienced from lakeside.

AC didn't work in the rooms (3 different rooms) because according to their engineer (which I had to wait to come up to my room at 4 AM when just getting back from the club, very convinient) the filter they use now blocks all the air. Room service not expensive but also not good. Found a worm in my food and all they did was refund my money. Just expected a lot more for a hotel.

We stayed at the Bellagio for my Birthday, from the moment we checked in until we checked out it was magical. The staff was exceptional everyone of the staff members spoke to us probablly the best service we have had in Vegas, the hotel room was beautiful and watching the fountains from our room was one of the best experiences I have had in Vegas in the 17 years I have been going there. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Vegas, the conservatory was very pleasant to walk thru the jumping water fountains were neat to see. What a wonderful experience! Check in was easy and waited very little time. The staff at the Belliagio are on top of their game. Our room was beautiful with a view of the pool. It was very quiet in the room, so when we did rest we got rest. Our room was a non-smoking room with a king size bed. Beautifully decorated, in a modern style. Very comfortable. Maid service was great!! The food is a bit pricey at the hotel but you CAN find reasonably priced food there, too. The hotel is centrally located, so you have everything at your finger tips. We would surely stay there again and would recommed it to anyone.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located. I found the hotel to be a perfect size. It was big enough to feel spacious but not so big that it would take hours to get from one side to the other. The hotel lobby is bright and inviting. Check in was fast and painless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe in the hotel.....secuirty is there to allow only those with a visible room key enter the elevators. Also, when a man who had a little too much to drink, attempted to go on stage where the band was playing, security came in right away and removed himwithout incident. The musical fountain is a must see. Although the food is quite expensive, I would highly recommend the buffets...the food is excellent and you can eat to your heart's content. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was spotless. The 7th floor lake viewing room I had gave a partial view to the fountain performances but was a little too low to get the full view. So if you would like a good view of the fountain show, I suggest getting a room on higher floors. There is no wi-fi, but you can connect to their wired internet connection for a fee. They SELL the lan cable in the minibar for about $13 so I suggest you bring one. They also have a business center where they offer internet access but I believe it was rather pricey at around $15 per 15 minutes.

We loved absolutely everything about the Bellagio. We were up on a high floor and had a great view of Lake Bellagio. Room service was fairly quick and the food was pretty good. The pool area was very nice, but also very crowded. It was hard to find a seat close to the pool, however, we were there on a holiday weekend. They have servers at the pool to come take your drink order so if you're like me and just want to lay there and soak up sun, it's great. We will definitely stay there again, it was a great experience.

We were very disappointed in the hotel. Highly over rated. Too many people very very busy. Unable to get a chair by the pool. Long lines for check in and out, buffet and other shops. We felt like a herd of cattle!! I will never go back and am extremely disapointed in our trip. No airconditioner in our room it was broken and they handled the entire situation very poorly. The spa was so small only one lounge chair to relax in what a joke.

We stayed at the Bellagilo Hotel in Vegas. Cehck in was a real long line at 3pm with many rooms not available. Gave us a room looking over the freeway and their condo construction. Their construction crews started at 6am and so not much sleep after being out late. We ate in the Prime Steakhouse. Two years ago very special food and service, this time food medium and service slow, but the price higher. Would not recommend this restaurant. No coffee maker in the room and room small and worn given the short time hotel open. Very dark room with few lights and some light bulbs out. I would suggest staying at a budget hotel as there is really no difference in the room quality or staff. Same Casino, same restaurants, same bars, only higher prices. So the bottom line is, all you have to do is take a walk around the fountain and thru the lobby and then go to a cheap hotel, it is the same experience except you will keep a lot more of your money in your pocket.

We stayed at the Bellagio to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was great. The staff was always helpful, and very nice. the front desk was attentive and very pleasant. They came to our room twice a day once for cleaning, and a second for turn down service. They upgraded our room for a discounted price and we had a beautiful view of the strip and lake, where we could see all of the fountain shows from our own window. The placement of the hotel on the strip is also very convenient as it is very close to the forum stores at Ceasars, and it is right across the street from the Paris hotel where there is some great eateries. The Bellagio also has some wonderful restaurants such as Noodles which is fairly priced for Vegas. Overall my stay at the Bellagio was far and above the expectations I had, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Everyone at the front desk are very helpful. There is literally no need to ever leave the hotel everything you could possibly want or need is right there. We thought the Bellagio was a very beautiful and luxurious hotel to stay in while visiting Las Vegas. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and the staff are very helpful. Our room was lovely. The location was very central on The Strip in Vegas. There were some aspects to the hotel that were a little pricey (you have to pay to use the gymnasium amenities), but there are plenty of options close by for a cheaper alternative. The fountain show at Bellagio is awesome! The Buffet dinner at Bellagio was excellent as well, and very fairly priced.
