Clean, well presented hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated close to Canterbury town although the only downside is the parking if they have functions going on.

Rude staff, incompetent, and a vague smell of sewage. I was there with a group for a wedding and they completely ruined it! Thanks! Stay anywhere else

The hotel itself was faultless. And being within walking distance of the centre, is an ideal location for anyone visiting Canterbury, leisurely or on business.

Hotel staff where very friendly and cooperative. We didn't think it was worth the increase in price over the local Holiday Inn Expresss, but it was a lot better than many of the sad hotels currently in CanterburyHotel will be expanded in near future, but in the meanwhile the back of the hotel is desperate looking, and the appearance and noise from external ducting is not what one would expect.
