Good Location, nice room. When I received my credit card statement, I discovered that they charged me an additional $50unauthorized charge. Watch them for unauthorized charges! When I received my credit card statement I discovered that there was a $50 charge for no reason.

What a fabulous stay we had at this hotel. We stayed there for 4 days before our cruise and liked it so much we went back for 4 more days after the cruise. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping staff are very good and also very friendly. This hotel has free parking, free breakfast, an on-site grill that have the best hamburgers EVER!!! The pool and hot tub are great. They have lots of towels and chairs available at all times and the pool is the perfect sized and shape. The hot tub is great too! The rooms are huge. The beds are very comfortable. Tv's in both the bedroom and the living room, refrigerator, microwave. It's all there!!! I can't say enough about this hotel. We can't wait to go to Florida again just so we can stay at this hotel. It was AWESOME and I would give it an A++

Loved the extra sitting room and having a jacuzzi. Should have had better breakfast and the bed was hard as a rock. Hotel room was beautiful, but the bed was hard as a rock. The breakfast should have been way better. It should have at least had waffles. The chair in room was also very uncomfortable and we were missing a remote upon arrival. Pool was freezing.

The staff was great, the room was pretty good not the hilton but for the money was great. The pool was pretty good, alot of kids and very few parents around. Hot tub is great it is kinda seporated from the pool which makes it nice when your trying to relax. Bar was pretty cool by the pool and made good use of the outdoor pool tables. I would send everyone that asks me to this hotel. The breakfast was kinda a joke but hey it's free and that's a bonus.

This was one of the worst hotel stays ever. They had us booked into a smoking room, my reservation was for non-smoking. I had to call the travel agency to get the hotel to come up with another room, and we went from a suite with 2 beds to a suite with 1 bed and a fold out couch in the living room area. My kids didn't want to sleep on the couch-bed, all the noise from the pool area was a little frightening to them, so my husband and I spent our vacation sleeping in separate rooms. And the way the rooms are set up, if you have to sleep in the living room area, you are only feet from the pool, outdoor bar, and billards table, and all the loud talking and laughter that goes along with a bar at night. The couch, when folded out, had a wafer thin mattress, and takes up the whole room, so we had to make it up first thing in the morning...yes, I got to spend my vacation making up a bed 2x/day. The staff was rude, after calling and asking about getting an extra towel, I was afraid to call the front desk again, the woman was rude and sarcastic. When I made up the couch the first night, I unfolded the blanket, and found long black hairs scattered all over it...so they were apparently not washing the blankets between guests. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and mildew around the tub. The free breakfast is a joke, the orange juice is actually weak Tang, there is not enough seating, cereal ran out , the fruit is canned fruit cocktail. I cannot say enough BAD things about this hotel.

The room was not very clean carpet stains, holes in walls, smelled funky. Tiki bar was great but closed to early for a Saturday night. Bathroom toilet really loud and the water for shower was luke warm.

This Best Western is a great place to stay with children when you are going to be visiting Busch Gardens. The two rooms gave us plenty of space.

I am surprised that Best Western puts their name on this place. I wanted a place close to Busch Gardens because our children were going to camp there each day. Although it is very close (less than 5 minutes) there are so many other options around that I would advise another motel. I was worried about traffic and making it there on time each day but there really isn't much traffic to speak of. I seen many nice hotels just a few blocks up by the college. The rooms are spacious (all suites) with pull out sofa, microwave and small fridge (no cook top) but very dirty...the smell walking in each time was awful. The bathroom was very small and unclean; I thought there was mold in the shower corner until I realized it moved when the shower steamed up. Cockroaches!!! Lots of them. The pool was well maintained but that is all. They have pool tables but they are very worn and equipment poor. The free breakfast was fine but they were always out of juice and milk. All the staff I seen worked very hard so perhaps there just isn't enough staff to run the building. The area is not bad but you cannot let your kids go down the corridor alone. With so many options available, why stay here?
