Very good location and price. It could be 3 stars or more, I did my laundry for free. They are very friendly and have the paper and cookies. We really enjoyed our stay there. It's better than others hotels. Crossing the street there is a Target and a best Buy store in a small shopping center.

Clean and convenient. Cold water in shower did not work. Cold water in shower did not work, called front desk...was told that they had not received any previous complaints. I had to explain that I was not complaining as water was not coming out of the shower. Requested room change, was denied - was told manager would come out to assess the situation. Manager arrived - said he fixed it. Water still did not come out of the shower. Called front desk again to complain and again request room change - was denied. Manager came out again with tools to fix but could not...finally complained a bit louder and room was changed. This was a bit of a hassle as we had been traveling all day and this took 1.5 hrs to get resolved. We had plans for the evening and were late due to the delay. other than this...our stay was great.

We wanted a good value and we got it. We went to Asheville for the Biltmore house. The hotel room was spotless and apparently just got renovated. Big pool, which was nice for our 3.5 year old. Beds were confortable and Breakfast was good with waffles, donuts, eggs and bread.

They arranged for us to have a king unit since my hobbies is 6'8' Breakfast is over too early on Sat. mornings. Hotel is basic and clean. It kind of creeps me out these days if no effort is made to assure me the bedspreads are cleaned regularly. A frig was provided which is always nice.

Room was clean, front desk was courteous, ample parking and the location was great, central to all Asheville attractions. Asheville itself is kinda boring tho.

I stayed for 9 nights, and loved it. The rooms were a great size with refrigerator and microwave, which was helpful for such a long stay. Free internet connectionwas appreciated, and breakfast was great - we ate fresh waffles every morning! I tend to be nervous about staying in hotels because of cleanliness, but this place was very clean, and housekeeping did a phenomenol job. The staff were friendly and accomodating. I will definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

My husband and I needed an affordable out of town, overnight place to stay and it turned out to be a good find! The beds were not that great, but hopefully we'll get to bring out kids back another time and give it another try!

I agree with other members who say that the breakfast area is too small. There are only 5 small tables and on several occasions guests had to wait for someone to finish their breakfast before they could take a seat. The hotel is also on a busy road and certainly not within walking distance to any of the local shops. I had not rented a car initially and I felt confined to the hotel the first few days until i was able to rent a car. So, if you are not driving, don't even consider this hotel... there are many more. The service overall was good.

The hotel room was extremely clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was exceptional. The location close to the Blue Ridge Parkway was an added bonus.
