"Poor service..not up to BW standards. Room not ready at 9:00 pm...no towels or soap...Wanted to charge us 25 Euros more than agreed rate when made reservation.Clerks very rude and not friendly at all.Rooms too small, noisy."

The room was very clean and modern but the smallest hotel room we have ever seen. We couldn't pass each other going around the bed. The room was very hot and noisy. They don't turn on the AC until June though the office and restaurant were airconditioned. The fights in the bar across the street went on all night. We didn't see another soul in the place but they wouldn't give us another room. The airport shuttle doesn't start until 6AM so a cab ride to the airport is 30 euros. There is no coffee in the rooms.
