Some hotel personnel very helpful. One fixed charge problem in spite of owner intractability Owner tried to charge credit card for stay. Refused responsibility. Lied to cover up. Cleaning crew did a great job, but floor was dirty. Owner tried to cover up his mistake presumably to save face. Do not recommend this hotel.

The spacious room at a great price! It was noticed the sheets had traces of blood on them from day one & it wasn't ours! Although a bed change was requested. It didn't occur. All in all we were very pleased with the size of our room for such a reasonable price.

My room was infested by bedbugs. I moved rooms in the middle of the night with no assistance and no apologies. The morning receptionist mentioned they had had 'those problems' in other rooms before. The owner did call me, but explained "I am just a business man, you must understand..." The corporate headquarters provided NO feedback or assistance.

Took my family here for a weekend getaway and thought is was wonderful! Pool and hot tub area were great...it had a retractable sun roof and doors that opened all around...I will have to come back in the summer. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning consisted of hot and cold items; lots to choose from for a free breakfast (more than most hotels offer). The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

We stayed in hotel for 3 days. Pool was dirty in a.m. and cold. Too cold on one day to use. Room had food behind dresser where we found TV channels. One button on remote would not work. Elevator was dirty and worn. Breakfast consisted of cold, and often dry, rolls, breads, cereals ect. Nothing hot or that needed service.We have a son in the area and use hotels there often, but this one I will not return to. The overall experience was not positive.

Our suite was in reality an unclean ashtray. The sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable we put the mattress on the floor only to find cigarette butts underneath it. Not the place to stay if you plan to spend any time in your room. A bit over priced if you expect things like clean mirrors. Although we did have 6 showercaps... no idea what those are for.
