We checked in early (approx 12:30) and were told our room was ready. When we went to the room it had not been made up. We left and came after 3:30 to find they were still working on the room. We tried to go to the jacuzzi later in the evening, but it was full with several people waiting to use it. The people above us sounded like they were moving furniture around until around 11:30 PM when things finally quieted down. We liked our room (very clean), the bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The water temperature in the shower was constantly changing. We will probably come back again and hope for better luck. It was a good value overall and although we drove to all our destinations, it was still fairly close to the shops & cannery row.
