This is a surprisingly good hotel. In spite of being on a busy dual carriageway within a mile or two of A1M my room facing the road was quiet thanks to triple glazing. This necessitated air conditioning which gave a slight noise & which a light sleeper may find intrusive.Pricing policy is difficult to understand. Room with breakfast was shown on Laterooms website as £77.80, without breakfast £57.80. However after booking the cheaper option I was charged only £7.50 for an excellent continental breakfast on the day. Apart from this a well run clean hotel with large rooms and very good food.

Spacious, light and airy room with good sized bathroom which was clean and modern. Excellent value for money - far superior to many rooms we have stayed in recently. Staff were friendly and helpful, and although we did not use the restaurant, it looked very attractive and welcoming.
