Stayed for 2 nights, lovely accomodation, everything you need for a quality break, could do with a dab radio as we couldnt get a good reception on both radios provided. Only a small problem, other than that cannot fault orton hall, we are returning in march and looking forward to another relaxing break.

The accommodation was spacious and the master bed was comfortable with ensuite facility. The second bedroom was off the kitchen on the other side of the accommodation, which was not ideal with two little ones. Curtains in bedrooms needed to be darker, as children would wake at 5.30 in the morning! The cooking facilities were on a separate meter. You had to take the meter readings on arrival and departure and leave the money on the table. With the amount you spend for the accommodation, you would think the cooking facilities would have been included in the price, as it only came to £1.82!

Suite beautiful but very cold - take your pyjamas! Disappointed that at this price and level of luxury promised that there were some maintenance issues and no welcome pack, even some milk would have been helpful. On arrival a welcome light would have saved us the fumbling with the keys and the doors.A brief history of the hall and it's restoration would have been very interesting.

My stay at Orton Hall was the perfect remedy for the dismall weather at this time of year, Orton was quiet, warm, welcoming, well equiped & full of character. Will definately be staying here again.

The Richmond suite is a beautiful spacious 2 bedroomed apartment, with a lovely private patio area and garden in a lovely peaceful location. The locals are very welcoming and friendly. Only downside you pay extra for the elcetricity you use which was a bit inconvenient, however it wouldn't deter me from staying there again.
