decent hotelthe room was ok - internet connection with tv was a pain.the bathroom ventilation didnt work and there was a drainage problem with the showerthe bedroom window didnt closethe staff were quite indifferent and need trainingdespite the above a decent weekend was had by myself and my lady.I would recommend staying there but only if the above problems were addressed.decent value for money

Suites? forget that..tinny rooms, below average..even the (what so called suites) are not. I was disappointed. The manager had transfer me to another hotel.. nice recception but (again) tinny rooms. Be careful booking your room there and put your expectation soo low

Tiny roomI had stayed here before and the room hadnt been too bad, but this stay was ridiculous. I had booked a so called deluxe single..... What a joke. I have never been in such a tiny room. It was so narrow that I could stand beside the tiny bed, stretch out my arms and touch BOTH walls, I kid you not. Room 011. This is a real joke. I mean it. I did get a more or less good price but even so, it was just too small. It was impossble to sit correctly on the toilet, one had to sit sideways so ones legs would fit, and the shower is almost impossble to use if you have any desire to wash your back.

For the price the double room was extreamly small It was impossible to walk around the bed as the bed streatched from one wall to the other To get to the window one had to climb over the bed. If i'd have known the room was going to be so small i would have booked a single

The rooms are spread between a number of Georgian terraced houses, each house has a reception.Small room, but renovated & bathroom was nicely lit & fresh, clean.Area a bit rough late at night, but no problems encountered.

Be prepared to complain.(Refused to stay in two rooms before being shown a much better room.) Was shown two tiny basement rooms which would be laughable for a 1 star establishment let alone a \"superior\" room in a \"4 Star\" hotel. Broken furniture, mould growing on the bathroom ceiling, firedoors wedged open.Third room I was shown was on the the 4th room, which was what I had expected from a four star hotel. Will never stay here again, and will not be recommending it.

I booked this hotel as I needed to stay close to Paddington. I was not expecting much but the room and service far exceeded my expectations. Generally I find Lodon hotel rooms to be very small but this was not the case. I only paid £79 for the night so it was a bargain, I will certaily look to stay here again.

Rip OffThis was touted as a discount from £411 to £59. This must breach many aspects of the trades descriptions act as this was never a £411 room. it was tiny, on the third floor and not serviced by an elevator. It was barely worth the £59 we paid for it. And the airconditioning didn't work. Must have been 30 degrees in there.Had I known the room would have been so poor, I would have paid up to double for a better room. But it was too late. I thought I was being sold a bargain luxury room, not an overpriced box. Perceptions are important here. I would alternatively booked at the Novotel or somewhere where you can get a good sized room for around £100.In summary, not recommended.

The room was absolutely tiny and how they ever managed to squeeze a toilet, shower and hand basin in the bathroom was amazing !! However it served the purpose of somewhere to sleep following an evening out in London. You couldn't hear any street noise which was great.

Booked through Laterooms.com at a very reasonable rate. Arrived and warmly welcomed by reception who informed me that i had been upgraded to a larger room. Although situaled in the basement there was some natural light and the room was large and nicely decorated. Bathroom was clean and fairly new with a great shower.Had to call for a menu but the food when it arrived was nice. Would stay again.

The Hotel is located about 2 miles from the city centre and located near the Paddington Train station which will give you quick access to the city and the airport , the surroundings are fine with some restaurants and small shops , not a very posh location , but its ok when it comes to saving some money by avoiding expensive hotels in some other areas in London . Its a small Hotel , dont expect an over the top lobby or anything like it , the rooms are extremely small , the beds barely fit inside , I was forced to leave my luggage inside the bathroom so it wouldnt take the small amount of space left in the room. The security safes inside the rooms dont work , so be careful with leaving valuable belongings unattended , the showers are small . The whole property incluiding the rooms have a funny smell so dont be surprised when you get to the hotel. The bellboys and some other staff seemed dirty and had a certain smell which made some of the guests uncomfortable. Many people will probably say , I can put up with this issues , but wait until you hear this , the property has bed bugs , be careful , several cases have been presented , i bet you dont want to be stung by this disgusting animals that will do nothing but ruin your vacations . So from a scale from 1 to 10 I would have to say this Hotel is a 4 , tiny , uncomfortable , not much cheaper then some other 3 or 4 star hotels and it definetly needs some pest control . You decide , but i would not recomend it . WATCH OUT!
