We wished we had time to stay longer.,..it was a great resort! And the price was excellent, especially when we ended up in Bishop CA and had NO reservations through Travel agent and paid the same amount for something NOT so nice! The breakfast was nice, although fruit would have been wonderful added to the menu! Clean, nice landscaping, and quiet!

The Best Western is close to shopping, food, things to do in the area, as well as a short drive from the Palm Springs airport. The room was very clean, however needs some updating. I would have been interested in knowing the rooms all had doors to the outside (versus a hallway). Overall I was satisfied with the hotel.

This is the only hotel we stay when we are in Palm Dessert. Very clean.

Nothing fancy about this hotel, except the lobby, and I should have paid attention while checking in when a customer called the front desk and requested a room change and they rolled their eyes and said it was the second time they asked to be moved. The best thing I can say about it was the breakfast was good and it is a non-smoking facility. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. In the shower, the water shot out the back of the spigot. While sitting on the bed watching TV, the headboard fell off the wall. For this inconvenience they gave us a 15% discount. The toilet ran off and on constantly. The pool isn't heated. Nearby customers could be heard through the walls, thankfully, there was no one there that was too rowdy. I did not see the tennis courts or golf course and am not sure where they have them. If I had paid less 80 - 90 per night for this room, I would have expected the inconveniences, but not for 150 per night, even with the free breakfast.

Our room was exactlly as described. Shower was tall enough, that is a plus. Patio outside of room very nice. Breakfast was also prepared very well.

the hotel was clean, the room spacious and best of all the AC worked great. My only complaint was the shower sounded like a 747 was landing on ther room. As soon as the water would start heating up the pipes would start with a extremely high pitch ringing then it would change to a rumble and it wouldn't stop until the water was off.

We arrived 3 hours before check-in time. No problem. Room was very clean. Everything provided for -- even extra towels as we were sharing the room with another couple. The space was more than adequate. Quiet. Nice cooked to order simple breakfast. Quick check-out. We only stayed the one night but it was perfect for what we wanted. Cheap and nice! Friendly, helpful staff.

Although the hotel was a non-smoking hotel, our room smelled of smoke. We decided not to stay overnight due to the odor, so we showered, had dinner out and checked out about 9:00 PM. We did not ask to move rooms because the hotel was not at all what we expected. Bad experience. And this was my first time booking through Orbitz...not a good start!
