I was overcharged on the final bill as I forgot to take the late rooms booking agreement with me and was unable to prove the agreed fee with the Hotel reception (charged 480euro instead of late room price of 360euro) Beware.Hotel barely lives up to its 4star rating, it would not make 3 star in the UK, the bathroom in the Junior suite was very small, and the maids did not seem to want to put coffee in the coffee making facilities. Receptionist was particularly unhelpfull and did not seem to know that their was an airport at Rimini and wanted to send us to Bologna. Lifts are very tight as well for those with lots of luggage. Somehow reminded me of Fawlty Towers.

This is a hotel located near the start of RImini Beaches - ie they are numbered 1-100+++ this is beach 8 so its at the start of things and quite a quiet location next to the Grand Hotel. Its a good place to go for a family as there was no young riff raff here, but only 5 walk to the main shopping street and 2 mins from the beach. All I can say is it is a franchise hotel so I would say that it is barely a 4 star hotel but it is very clean and air con and breakfats included. I would recommend but to be honest for the same money i also stayed in the Sporting Hotel on the main road which was a local brand hotel and it was a class above and also 4 star and same price.
