What a stay! What a hotel! What a beautiful place in a prime location (2 minute walk from Earl's court Underground)! I was so very pleased with this hotel! It was a lovely room (we got room nr 3) with gorgeous decour and a very luxurious bathroom and the aircon was God-send in the heat. The staff were very professional and even though we checked out early, they were happy to keep our luggage for us while we went around London running errands. The only thing is that they don't take Visa Electron, which is fine, but it wasn't mentioned on the website. Otherwise just plain perfect!

I think Hogarth Executive Rooms let themselves down by not being accurate in their description on the internet which led to disappointment as we had higher expectations than the reality. They also insisted that I authorised £10 in advance to cover any possible 'extras' while in the room, which we have never had happen before and we found quite insulting, especially as they already had all our personal information and debit card numbers details. The room was immaculate - modern, spotlessly clean and had obviously been refurbished fairly recently. It also had the extras such as a fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, hairdryer etc. The reception staff were pleasant and the dining room decor looked really nice. What wasn't as we expected is:- hotel is located the other side of Earl's Court Road from where shown on the map.- Hogarth Executive Rooms are in a separate building about 100 yards along the road from the reception. If you wanted to include breakfast, you would have to go back along the road to the main building- there is no reception, concierge, bar, lounge at the Hogarth Rooms, just a very tiny entrance bit in front of the lift- our key to the outside door would not work. Fortunately for us, when we returned to the rooms at 1.00am, another guest who was already inside saw us struggling and let us in- our room was tiny with a very small area around the bed to move around in. It was okay for just one night but would have been too small and claustrophobic to spend any longer amount of time in (in our opinion)- windows did not keep the noise out, could hear traffic from nearby main road all night- Room was cold as radiator was behind the very heavy curtains- did not find any instructions on how to use the air conditioning or other facilities- contrary to description on website, room did not have digital clock radio, selection of newspapers, plug adaptors and did not appear to have digital safe. Also had very limited toiletries and very limited quantites of coffee

Great place to stayThis is the first hotel in London I have stayed at where I would actually go back!! Normally I am dissappointed by the size/ quality of the room or other aspect of service but this did not disappoint. If I am being really picky, the plates for breakfast weren't heated - but then that's being really picky isn't it?

Cramped and datedBooked a \"superior\" double. It was down three flights of stairs from reception and was virtually underground. The view was a solid wall very close and directly outside the window and was tiny and cramped - these were the \"club\" rooms! We asked to be moved and were given a third floor room described to us as one of the best in the hotel. It was bigger yes, but with only enough room for a standard double bed, was dark and seemed very old fashioned. We slept badly and couldn't wait to leave. The only redeeming part was the cheap £65 room rate, (usually £400 ish according to the laterooms web page), and the handy location to West London.

More than alrightOn third floor, facing street, so a little noisy with window open ... necessary 'cos it was too warm in the room and AC a little noisy too. But it worked. Fair sized room, clean, comfy bed, good shower, all the bits 'n bobs you'd expect ('fridge, so bring a pint of milk/champers with you!) even a microwave .. and the Torygraph under the door in the morning! I was expecting a right ol' flea-pit, from the comments of other reviews so I was relieved that it was more than all right, having had to make a very last minute booking and needed to be in that particular neighbourhood. Made a plesant and affordable place to base a brief visit to the smoke.

Room was small and cramped and in the bowels of the hotel.Breakfast was nice but selection was poor for £14.95... way too expensive for a few sausages and scrambled egg.A/C didn't work in the first room so a room change was necessary... sadly to a room even more cramped than the first!Free internet was nice, though a damaged connector in the first room didn't help and the system din't want to play with my laptop in the 2nd room.Very convenient for Earls Court station and for Earls Court exhibition centre.Good selection of restaurants within two minutes walk... try Dino's Italian, really nice food, not too expensive.

I stayed at the executive hotel around the corner from the best western. The Bathroom lock was broken, no toileties left in the bathroom as it was stated when booking was made. Too hot in hotel, the lift was outside the door and very annoying. I was in the bathroom and the cleaner knocked on the door and before i could say anything rudely opened the door without consent until i told her to get out

Nice Hotel, Nice LocationWhen me and my friend stayed here, we were greeted by two friendly staff and upgraded me to a club double bedroom. which was massive and had stairs in it! lol The room itself had a bath no shower though which was a downside. The bath had a burn stain on the base of it but the toiletries and fresh flowers made up for it. The bed was lovely and was really comfortable. The Tv was a flat screen. However 1 problem had occured during our stay, 1 being that the Tv kept turnin on and off and changing channels which was quite freaky. but I called the reception and they sorted it within a matter of minutes. Really nice place and right next to earl's court station and nice restuarants. Defo would go again, highly enjoyed it at such a reasonable price. =)

Lovely location, carpets a little threadbare. Room no natural light and tv didn't work but good size and the reception did send someone to fix the tv quickly. Good size room. Comfy bed. Room service menu limited.I booked two rooms for a colleague and myself. They wouldn't let him check in until I arrived to pay; I tried to give authorisation via fax, was told they couldn't do it without the card; when I arrived having had to leave work earlier than was desired; I was told they didn't accept electrons at all. Then had to walk to get cash. Next morning I was told I hadn't paid... Marred what would have otherwise been a good stay.

Convenient to Royal Albert Hall, Quiet, Pleasantwe stayed here for one night to go to see a concert. The Hotel was quietly tucked away and yet convenient for all attractiona we wanted to see. Close to Hyde Park was an added bonus. At the price we paid it was a very good deal.

A few difficulties!First room I was given the key for had luggage & clothes etc in it & was obviously already occupied. (Luckily the people weren't actually in their at the time). I was the allocated a room in the main building. This was fine until just before midnight when I noticed water dripping through a hatch in the ceiling. As I was on the top floor I was pretty certain that it wasn't an overflowing bath. When I called down to report it, a very nice man came up with a pile of towels to put under it! When I came back the next evening I was told it had been fixed. The carpet had been dried, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room from where it had been soaked. There were still some drips coming through, so I put towels under it again. The day we were due to check out I put a "do not disturb" sign on the door as I needed to go back to the room to change ready for a meeting. However on going back at 11.30am my key card wouldn't work. I went to reception and they gave me another one. On entering the room I found all my things had been packed. However I must say that this hotel is ideally placed and good value, so I would use it again.
