Nice location in Maidstone. My initial room was not satisfactory as very small and noisy next to housekeeping cupboard but was moved to 421 and it was very pleasant at the back of the hotel with views of the grounds.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly however the room was so noisy I could hear conversations in the next room word for word and was kept awake late into the night by the movements of fellow guests (not a particularly bunch, just movement through the hotel). Not the place for a light sleeper.
