Hot tube. Beds. Not moderan, bad parking, too noisie, too much traffic noise, noisie plumbling, too much noise after 10 p.m. partying by people or guest, breaskfast terrible, very over priced.

My husband and I have stayed here alone several times and also once with our kids. The people are super friendly, everything is clean, beds are comfy, and we are always offered a discount for our next visit. What more could you want?!

My family and I stay here July 2009, this hotel was great. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and hottub. We got a room on the ground floor that was right at the indoor pool. Very nice. Rooms were clean. People at the front desk were nice, my daughter left her cell phone and we did not know it until we were 3 hours out of town. I call and they shipped it to us. The breakfast was better than most: biscuts and gravy, bagels, boiled eggs, etc. The location of the hotel was also good. We were right across the road from Dixie Stampede and just a couple of miles from Dollywood. Our vacation had alot of rainy days, so having the indoor pool was nice. Also, the pool closes at 10:00p.m. so there is not alot of noise after that. The price was very reasonable and worth it, we will stay here again. Upon checking out they gave us a 20% discount on our next stay. The only things that I could complain about was that the beds were not the most comfortable ;but my back hurts with all beds; and a couple of times we had to park out by the road because all of the parking places were taken.

This hotel is just inside of Pigeon Forge from Gatlinburg. It is well positioned - away from the busiest sections of the road - and close to all the hot spots. Pool area (inside and outside) were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and showers very nice. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels, ice bucket and cups. Room was spacious (we had a room with 2 queen beds). Free breakfast was okay - usual fare - frozen waffles, grits, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, biscuits and gravy along with accompaniments. For the $ would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Toni Inn. The room was clean, a pleasant size and nicely decorated. This hotel is older but has been nicely renovated. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast offered included a nice variety for everyone in our family to choose from. Internet access was available in the lobby. When we travel we are always looking for good basic accommodations at a budget friendly price. This hotel met our needs adequately. We would stay here again if we stay overnight in Pigeon Forge.

very nice motel....great location....first night we had room over pool pumps. Room 222, very hot! They moved us the next night, all was great! I just wish they allowed pets!

We were surprised and pleased with the hotel, the large room, clean, quite and close to everything--shows shopping, etc. and the breakfast was an added bonus, we expected a donut and coffee and recieved a wonderful amazing breakfast of food you would only expect in a resturant, We had a great time and could not have been more pleased with the motel, we will stay again.
