very welcoming B&B . Very clean and comfortable room,excellent bed, best nights sleep away from home,great breakfast. friendly host definately use again when in area.

NEC visitorBlack Firs is a very nice Guest House. I went to and from NEC by taxi (cost £6 - £8.40). Morning breakfast was very good, I had a choice: full English breakfast or "some lighter one". In the evening I walked down to the Marston Green where I found a very good Chinese restaurant.

Absolutely excellent!! It is the best place I have stayed in.Hosts were amazingly welcoming, friendly and extremely accomodating.The room was so clean and pristine, let alone to mention the comfiness of the bed. Would quite happily pay to have a holiday from my normal bed!Such a peaceful surrounding area..I would definitely stay here again. I am currently looking at the NEC's site to see what's on so I can stay here again!!

the best guest houes iv ever stayed in clean and friendly with staff that are more than happy to go out of there way to make ur stay more plesent with a grate local knolidge the staff were able to direct me and my friend to all the activitys we wanted in a way that resolted in us not getting lost they wre also able to inform us about local events that were on during are stay overall an easy and hasle free stay
