customer serviceheyaive got single room in this hotel.ive got a nice room as lady sayed walk upstairs all the way, then finding someone staying in there cuz lots of stuff..came back she sayed i gave u wrong room so try this one..and guess what???the same situation..so third time ???????ive got double room, but cuz she didnt have my name on her list..how bad?????and i had reserved 3weeks ago???????

Stayed in Room 11/ Very small - approx 5 feet by 8 feet. Room illuminated by floodlights from adhacent car park which curtains failed to deal with so sleeping difficult, Handy foe Headingly ( right opposite) New carpet would be nice .... You get what you pay for though.
