change of accommodation was well handled !I booked the champs elysees accomodation as it was close to the TRourist areas. Only one day before the visit I got a phone call and email to say that the accomodation at Champs Elysee had been complained about by a customer because of noisey repair works on the building. Bridge St withdrew that property until the works , which were being carried out by another party, were complete. They moved us to Marais Apartments , on Rue Ettienne, upgraded us to a two bedroom and left a box of chocolates .While the location was further away from where I wanted to be , it was within walking distance from Notre Dame , and a lovely apartment.

Lift to 5th floor + 1 flight of stairs (no problem). Recent good quality refurb, that was very good with an excellent bed. Easy walk to the Pompidou Centre. (great views from the escalator there!) Close to Metro (buy books of 10 tickets). You must obtain key instructions, follow them to the letter and you won't go wrong. Great stay!

My daughter forgot something in the appartment, we would be called but never got a phone call. It's a pitty because all the rest has been perfect. If you want to stay with kids in Paris, go for this one!

We arrived at the apartment only to find no key as instructed. When I called bridge St I was told that I would have to make my way to another address to pick up the key. I informed the gentleman that I had no idea where this new address was and that'd it'd better for him to send someone with the key. He did just that but there was another problem, his associate arrived at the apartment with the key to find that we were not there. It turned out that there had been a problem with apartment and a change made to where we were staying. An email had to been sent to me to inform me of this but it was sent at 1pm that day when I had been travelling. I was again asked to make my way to the new address, bearing in mind this was my first time in Paris and hadn’t a clue where I was. He arranged a pick up. An hour had passed now and we were left standing in the street in the cold with our cases. The driver picked us up, a very nice lady although she didn’t speak a word of English. She showed us how to get into the apartment and then left, we had no idea where on earth we were or how to get about now. I had printed off street maps from Google earth before we left. These were now useless. There was no welcome pack in the apartment as stated in the email, only a few half eaten packs of biscuits, and half a pack of powder milk and half a pack of corn flakes. There were dead flowers as a centre piece in the middle of the dining table and on the mantle piece. The bed was a fold away bed, not the Queen size bed we were promised. There were crumbs of food all over the kitchen floor and an unspeakable amount of dust on the rest of the floors. The Hi-fi didn’t work and there were no batteries in the remotes for the telly and DVD player. Also there was no toilet paper in the toilet. Had we been looked after a little better and the apartment been clean then it would have been an absolute delight. After a bit of exploring it turned out to be in an excellent location 5 mins from Champs Elysee

This is a self contained apartment. The quality of the restaurants in surrounding area was excellent!

Great appartment, perfect location, good quality and modern furnishings but the only issue we had was the polished floors were very dirty so you needed shoes on at all times. Maybe the cleaner had an off day but other than that 100% satisfied. Will book the same place again on our return trip to Paris.

This was perfect accommodation for a couple or family (we stayed at the St Honore one), not far at all from the Champs Elysees. The apartment was a good size even having a separate toilet and bathroom. We were over for a wedding and everyone elses accommodation in Paris was incredibly tiny, we got to brag about are apartment with separate kitchen, bedroom, toilet, washing facilities etc for same or less than they had paid. Would definitely look for Bridge St apartments again. We did ask by email for a baby cot which wasn't there when we arrived, so I would recommend double checking this if you require a cot. On our return to Paris we stayed in a Bridge Street apartment in the Latin Quarter which was very different from this one but still fabulous!! Basically like a one bedroom apartment you would live in at home. Also called their help line one night at 11pm and they were there to help. Highly recommend.
