The staff was fantastic. The room was architecturally interesting. TV very small. Would have appreciated throw rugs on hardwood floors. The building was a renovated textile mill. The architecture was very interesting. The staff at the front desk was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very good as was the wine and cheese reception. Be sure to eat dinner at the Cotton Mill, the hotel's attached restaurant; food is fabulous and service is top of the line. Across the brick courtyard is Winston Salem's visitor center. You must stop in there and talk to the staff and eat Moravian cookies!

I really enjoyed my stay, I felt very comfortable and very welcomed to be a guest. I did not find anything about my stay and would go back; my only complaint was that I could not stay longer. I was well assisted in all my needs, I believe that the staff on duty were exceptional informative as well as friendly and made me feel like I was home, my only sadness was not staying longer then I had but would return anytime.
