General Description

** No Resort Fees! ** Caesars Palace is a landmark resort evoking the decadence of ancient Rome, where impeccable service reigns supreme and luxury beckons at every turn. Guests will enjoy the finest in accommodations, dining and shopping. In addition, Caesars Palace is home to the newly expanded The Garden of the Gods pool complex, the world-famous Caesars Palace casino, a modern-day Roman Empire in its own right, and a world-class 23,000-square-foot fitness center and spa. The Forum Shops at Caesars, the Shopping Wonder of the World, is an extraordinary collection of exquisite stores, restaurants and family entertainment set in an ancient Roman marketplace. The iconic Garden of the Gods pool oasis, already viewed as one of Las Vegas' most impressive and iconic swimming pools, has been completely redesigned; creating a destination within a destination and featuring eight distinctive swimming pools on three levels with lavish amenities and the city's most attentive cabana servers. The new Fortuna pool features an 18-foot waterfall where guests can challenge Lady Luck at the swim-up blackjack tables. Apollo is designed for maximum sun exposure; Neptune has been created as the social hub. An all-new whirlpool retreat and an added garden wedding venue further expand the 5-acre complex. Cher takes the stage at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace with a production spectacular that leaves audiences in awe. For 90 minutes, the legendary icon performs her hits from across the decades merged with innovative staging and technology, breathtaking choreography and stunning Bob Mackie costumes. Cultural and musical icon Elton John showcases his 30 years of musical stardom in The Red Piano, an outlandish and unforgettable dreamscape of incredible video imagery and stage props, with photographer David LaChapelle's rich imagery topping this career overview performance extravanganza. Qua Baths & Spa features 35 massage studios, seven facial studios, and three deluxe Couples Studios for romantic massages and body treatments. The social side of the spa experience is explored in vibrant gathering spaces (private men's and women's), reminiscent of the glorious public baths of ancient Rome, and other unique touches include Tea Lounges, Crystal Body Art and an expansive Fitness Center. Night spots and party places, some with live entertainment, include classic Vegas-vibed Galleria Lounge, martini bar Terrazza Lounge, Spanish Steps - frozen cocktails in an outdoor Roman Plaza - underwater-themed Seahorse Lounge, cutting-edge Shadow, and sexy/progressive PURE. Must be 21 or older to check into Las Vegas hotels. An additional-person charge will apply to all persons staying in the room, regardless of age. We regret that children cannot stay free. With the new Pet Stay Initiative, Caesars is now pet friendly! Book special Pet Stay rooms at a slightly increased fee, and stay with your favorite pet. Guests traveling with their dog will be asked to fill out a waiver form accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel. Dogs are only allowed in specified guestrooms and guests must make reservations in advance to travel with their dog. The hotel only allows dogs that weigh less than 50 pounds and up to two dogs are allowed per room. PLEASE NOTE- At time of check-in, each individual guest will be required to provide the hotel with a valid credit card or cash deposit in the amount of $100 per each day of guest stay if paying via credit card, or $200 for the entire guest stay if paying via cash (the $200 cash deposit will only activate in-room movies and phone).

Fun. So big. Still a premier destination after all these years. It looks new and the service is excellent. Be sure to eat at Il Mulino's. Probably one of the best Italian restaurants in the world.

Attractive place. The room itself was terrible. When going out to Las Vegas, we wanted to try the two best hotels which we heard were Bellagio and Caesar's. We stayed one night at Bellagio and two at Caesar's. Caesar's in no way competes with Bellagio and is much more expensive. The room looked like a glorified Motel 6. My complaints are as follows; the room was not decorative (very plain) 2 light bulbs where out in the bathrooms, no turn down service, very slow room service and bell service. I would not stay there again for the price.

Requested a smoking room, assigned to a non-smoking floor. Moved to a room that hadn't been cleaned, i.e., bed linens bunched up in the middle of the bed, dirty classes, bed pillows thrown on a chair, fungus in grout of shower floor, alarm clock set by previous guest would not tunr off. Set for 5:30 a.m. and 5:45 a.m. Light on the makeup mirror inoperative. Crack in the bottom of the jacuzzi, could not use. Too many negatives for the space alloted. Staff indifferent to needs/desires of guest. Wouldn't recommend it to my enemies, or perhaps I would.

"We have stayed in Vegas numerous times and were looking forward to staying at Ceasar's for the first time. Were were expecting an upper level experience, but ended up in a room with an uncomfortable bed that seemed like it belonged in the New Frontier. We will choose one of our regular hotels in Las Vegas next time."

The hotel itself is very nice, but I have stayed at much cheaper locations that include internet service free of charge, not $14.99 for 24 hours!! Also there were not enough lounge chairs by the pool. I couldn't count the number of guests that had to lay their towels out on the cement!! The pool service was horrible with the average wait time for a drink being about 35 minutes. There were also problems for us at check in, and it was very noisy with construction as early as 4am we could hear the trucks back up signals because they are adding new buildings to the complex, I hope that they are adding a few more pool areas. Speaking of which if you want to listen to their music you each have to pay $20.00 per day to be in the private pool area with a dj. The rooms were beautiful and very clean!! I can say that it wouldn't be our first pick when we return to Vegas.

We were sent to 3 different rooms before we finally got a clean, made up room. The staff at the front desk were incredibly disrespectful. I will never stay at Caesar's Palace Las Vegas again. I expected a nice visit considering the price we paid, and it was terrible.

Great Place. They cancelled my reservation for Thursday, Oct. 26. I was mad about it but they wouldn't do anything about it. Hotel is great but they cancelled my room for Thursday night without asking if it was OK. No it's not OK because I needed that room because my plane wasn't going back until Friday at 10:30 AM. I looked and looked for a room. Why did you just cancel my room? It really left a bad feeling in my heart about your hotel.

Really nice place...maybe the nicest place. Only downfall: I bought the trip thru online travel website which was a nice price...but the clerk at the hotel gave us the worst room in the entire hotel and wanted quite a lot of money to change...meals are expensive...shopping for the wife...leave your credit card home...

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was very attentive. There is no reason to ever leave the hotel. They have tons of restaurants, tons of shopping and lots of things to do. They have night clubs if you would like a night out and just casual lounges to sit for a drink. The place is very clean and the people are great to deal with. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Try it out and Enjoy ! I know you will !

My husband and I have always wanted to stay in Caesar's Palace any time we came to Vegas. So for a quickly planned trip I found a great deal for Caesar's on line and booked the trip. I was upgraded to an Augustus Tower room ( I requested this) and make sure you do. I understand the Palace rooms are as nice but our room on the 4th floor overlooked the Bellagio fountains and they are tremendous to watch (during the night especially). We got to Vegas early and was pleased that they let us check in earlier than the scheduled time. Our room was unbelievably huge !!!!! It had a King bed, couch, 2 chairs and table. It was twice the size of our living room at home. The bathroom was beautiful with both a jacuzzi and large standup shower. It had it's own separate area for the commode. It had a flat screen TV in the bathroom and a phone. We were told that the noise of construction on their new Octavious (?sp) Tower bothered some people but we never heard any construction noise and we stayed during the week. The hotel is so large and you never really have to leave it because everything you need is there. All areas are clearly marked and easily navigated with the size of the hotel. All employees from checkin to checkout were great. Make sure you see the Cirque show LOVE at the Mirage. We walked everywhere we went but there are great transportation options. (The Deuce, The Monorail, some free shuttles between hotels) Definitely go to Vegas. We will always stay at Caesar's Palace. This is our fourth trip.

My husband stayed here for our anniversary. Upon check-in we asked for and received an upgraded room with no problem. The bathroom was bigger than the room! Although our room was right at the elevator, we never heard anyone in the halls. We went during Labor Day week-end, and this was my husband's first time in Vegas, so he was overwhelmed by the amount of people on the strip. It was a madhouse, you could barely walk in the hotel or on the strip without tripping over someone. The food was overpriced, but you expect that. A banana was like $3! I would stay here again, however it was be off peak. Check out was great, we did it over the phone!

This was my second time staying at Caesar's. The first time I was in the Augustus Tower, and this time I was in Roman. The rooms in Augustus had been updated w/ flat screen tv's and new furniture, but the view of the Strip from Roman was absolutely perfect...could not have asked for better. You also couldn't ask for a better hotel location...right in the middle of it all. Would definitely stay here again!

Cesar's was a real pleasure. Everyone from th desk to the casino were friendly and helpful. The room was an upgrade available with the reservation. The room was huge, on the 40th floor with a view of the Bellagio fountains and more. Huge bath with jacuzzi, separate shower were pluses. Flat screen TV, a sofa, a dining table---all very great. The tv screen even had my name on the first page. I visited a few other hotels and was disappointed. I highly recommend Cesar's

Location! The restaurant near the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. Caesar's is by far the best when you combine location, gaming, and people-watching! The only drawbacks, dated sports book (they haven't done anything to it in over 10 years), somewhat lousy service at the restaurant near the front desk.

Because I am a club member, the front desk upgraded us to Augusta Tower. The room is facing Bellagio and we had the best location to watching the water shows day & night. That's quite experience for us. We come to Las Vegas every year and I have to said this is the best room we have ever stayed. It is roomy and comfort. We will stay there again.

We upgraded our room from classic to mini suite, it was fantastic, large and luxuries. My only concern was the rep at check out, not friendly at all. Maybe it was to early for her. Caesars Palace was a great experience for us. Check in was quick (we got a free upgrade to one of the new towers) and the staff was very friendly overall. One of our fears was the cleaniness of the rooms (read alot of negative reviews on different hotels) but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and room service did everything you asked (more towels,...). We had breakfast in the room one morning and we thought that it was delicious. One of the days we had a couple spa treatment and we thought that that was awesome. Since we had a treatment we were allowed to use the entire spa facility for that day - well worth it. The spa and it's staff was really nice.

Caesars was okay. The room was clean, but nothing above the ordinary. The bathrooms were gorgeous, had joining rooms, although the room with the king size bed had NO DOOR on the bathroom! The hair dryer was ripped off the wall and the toliets flushed slow, but overall the bathroom was the nicest part of the room. Beds were hard and so were the SMALL pillows they gave us. The view was terrible, and we had a 5 minute walk to the elevator from our room. The food was left to be desired, only ate at the cafe, but food was comparable to dennys only 3x the price! $* for a cup of coffee that was terrible, walk to the nearest starbucks and get a frappucino for cheaper than that. Dont eat at the "food court" although they have a big selection, prices were outragous! $* for a hotdog and fries? Hotel mall (forum shops) was beautiful, although almost every store is a high end designer store. Overall the hotel was beautiful, but too big! Bring your walking shoes!

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. As an example: I lost my phone charger and the security guy at lost and found gave me an extra one he had already. The location of the hotel on the strip was another great thing for me. I could strike out in any direction and be within walking distance to all the sights. I felt very safe and secure during my stay in Vegas. Las Vegas was a clean city with beautiful sights, surrounded by mountains. There was plenty to do and plenty to see. Gambling is not the only thing to do in Vegas! There is fine dining, shopping, sight-seeing and much more! I hope to go back there next year.

Our flight arrived in Vegas late Sat. night.Upon check-in we were told they had sold out of rooms & would graciously put us up at Trump as well as provide cab fare, then we could come back to Ceasars Palace the next day. What she failed to tell us, and the cab driver did, is that there is no casino at Trump since it is a condo, and no other casinos in the direct vicinity. Trump was beautiful but my friend and I felt deceived and lost a night of our vacation because of this. We would have checked out the casino and played some machines, etc., had we been on the strip. That was, afterall, the purpose of our trip - we didn't cross three time zones to stay in a great hotel or go to the mall across from Trump. When we complained the manager stated he would give us a 1,700 sq ft room "one of the nicest at the hotel"; as well as a $credit to use anywhere at Ceasars. The $ wasn't much, especially, based on the high cost of foot in the hotel area. Boy were we surprised when we got to our room and found it 700 square feet at best. At this point, we were exhausted and really just wanted somewhere to ";hang our hat"and get settled to enjoy the rest of our stay. We were shocked again when we went for a meal at Spago in the Forum Shops at Ceasars and they told us they were not a part of Ceasars and would not be able to bill the room. We went back and complained to the front desk and he basically said he was sorry, too bad, they should have mentioned that it did not include

I have stayed at Caesars several times in the last couple of years. Most recently in April 2009. The Cher show was amazing, and agian the rooms and facilites are top notch. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My suggestion to anyone going to any of the casino resorts is that if you are not satisfied-speak to management. This has always proven positive for myself. If you are not getting saitisfaction from the person you are dealing with-ask to speak to their supervisor.

Caesar's was beautiful! I had a Forum Tower room on the top floor that was perfect! Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and even a tv in the bathroom mirror! The housekeeper let us look it the mini sweet across the hall also, which was amazing with a jacuzzi tube and a gorgeous view! if u have the extra money I'd recommend it. The staff was friendly and attentive and always helpful. The pool was very nice as well and make sure you ask for any specials they are offering because we managed to get a bed by the pool for $* per person with 2 free drinks rather than $* for the full day! Caesar's is also centrally located on the strip so it was a $* cab ride either way! The buffet located by the door to the pool was a great deal $* per person and the little cafe across from it made awesome crepes and coffee for breakfast for $*! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Vegas- it may cost slightly more to book but it is well worth it!

Although Caesar's Palace is very luxuriously decorated I found our guest room to be a bit lacking for the price paid. We had a room in the forum towers which was supposedly an upgrade from a standard double room. However, the bathroom only had one sink and a very small vanity area. I was rooming with 2 other women and it was very crowded when we all three were sharing the space. My other complaint would be the fact that there was no coffee maker provided in the room. When I called down to room service I was informed it would be an hour wait for coffee and sweet rolls to be delivered to our room. The lobby area is very smoky with no non smoking areas provided. Overall I enjoyed my stay, however felt it was a bit pricey for what we got.

Well, when we first got there we wanted to shower, but the shower drain was clogged up the door to the bathroom was broke the closet door to hang clothes was jammed and would not open.. We called the desk for help but they did not solve any of the problems. So next morning after a bath not a shower we tried to be patient and called again for help @ 9:00am. Went for breakfast, then shopped came back about 4.5 hours later and still nothing had been fixed. This time after two days without a shower and all the other problems with the room we called for the manager. So on our last night we finally got what we payed for a room that everything works.. Needless to say we had a horrible stay at Caesars Palace. P.S please share this with the management of Caesars Palace...

The room was spacious, clean and had the feel of newness. The decor was modern and provided a very comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom was also spacious; with a water closet and double sinks. The view from the window could not have been better. Walking through the hotel/casino was a grand experience with many eye catching elegant attractions. The restaurants were plentiful, with a variety of cuisine. At least two owned by top chefs. The food was delicious and the service was great.

"Caesar's Palace is gigantic; it goes on and on and branches off in all directions; we were continually getting lost. Our room was dark and dreary and the mattress felt like a slab of stone. The food at Caesar's restaurants is only average and way overpriced. The only thing we liked about Caesar's was the Qua Spa. Though services are expensive, the facility is fabulous."

Our experience with Caesars Palace was not very good. First we had to stand in line for well over an hour to check in. Food was way overpriced for the economy being in such bad shape. Room was missing some of the amenities.Key cards quit working to the room door 2 days in a row......Although Security was very helpful and prompt. I was going to be charged for beverages from the in room wet bar that I didn't use. When I explained this to the person at check out they were very sarcastic and rude. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! This is the worst experience I ever had in the many years I've been going to Vegas.

We were upgraded to a lovely clean room (#2525) however the closet door was missing and the other closet door wouldn't secure- so it kept opening. I loved the layout furnishings and bedding new. Next morning we asked to be moved to another room because during the nite when my husband went to the restroom, he ran into the door that had opened into the hall. We went across the hall to (#2523)older room, smelled of cigarettes and had a walk-in closet that the light was body sensitive but would turn off within seconds of walking in. Very frustrating. The bedskirt to the bed was stained and overall the room a bit tired looking as compared to the previous. We were still charged for the upgrade. The casino was very smoking. The Retaurant Reservation desk was in process of moving and no one was able to assist us in securing dinner reservations.
