very centralGood value for money, clean and friendly. I liked that the car park was secured at night. The hotel was in a good location for the city centre. We enjoyed our stay. Our only critisism was that breakfast was very overpriced so we had breakfast in the city.

The service and everything else was excellent. I just didnt appreciate the cleaning team banging on my door at 8am so they could clean the room. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

Well placed hotel, easy to find, friendly helpful deskstaff. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the central shopping and restraunt areas. Rooms were well organised and we really enjoyed having a proper sofa in the room.

breakfast was good. staff friendly in dinning room. parking was easy and right outside hotel.

Good town centre location, approx 10 minutes walk to the main shopping centre/area. Room was basic but just what you need for a short break and was spotlessly clean.

Didn't sleep a wink all night due to poor soundproofing and constant traffic. In desperation at 3am I called reception to ask to be moved to another room and a member of staff with absolutely no concept of courtesy abruptly told me 'No. We're full' - no words of apology or even a pretence of 'if we could we would'.
