We have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and if something is wrong, it is fixed immediately.

Looks great from the outside. Appeared to be only 1 person on duty for all services. Requested extra bedding but no blankets were available. First thing I noticed were hairs (not ours) on the bathroom floor. The bathroom door latch fell off therefore the bathroom door would not stay shut. We have stayed at Candlewood suites in other cities but this one gives the company a bad name.

Our first room was very dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke despite being a "non-smoking" room. There was mold in the bathroom and the shower easily flooded the bathroom due to lack of proper drainage. We eventually switched rooms and were ultimately satisfied but our first impression left a bad aftertaste.

Very clean, very close to everything. Street sign at night hard to spot. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk person is one of the best clerks/concierge/manager I've met. He is most informative and friendly. This hotel was very clean. I loved the layout of the rooms. The rooms had comfortable furniture and are very spacious. This hotel is so comfortable and clean. It was a pleasure coming back to our hotel each day/night. I really enjoyed our stay here.
