I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff & and the rooms. I did not like having to take out my own trash everyday and get my own clean towels at the counter. The hotel was very clean and in a good location. We used the kitchenette everyday and they have a pantry if you forgot anything. This is a WONDERFUL thing. The items are not overpriced. I did not like having to take out my own trash everyday and getting my own clean towels at the front desk. This was the only thing I could complain about. The staff was very friendly!

We made this reservation only a week before the fourth of July holiday. It was impossible to find hotel rooms around the VA Beach area that had vacancies. The room was excellent with a very nice full kitchen included. Clean & comfortable. The hotel is about 9 miles from the oceanfront but access to the highway to get to the beach was fast and convenient. There were many nice restaurants and a mall around the hotel area. The hotel staff was superb! Friendly, accommodating and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. For those of you not familiar with VA beach, I would recommend parking in the public/hotel parking garage called Ocean31/Hilton on the road that runs parallel to the ocean. It's on 31st street. It's /day parking for a full day which is cheaper than other parking areas. It's a great location to park and close to the beach so you don't have to lug your beach stuff far. The Hilton hotel is next door to an outdoor ampitheatre which we have enjoyed many concerts there w/ famous bands. The boardwalk is also right there along with restaurants and shopping on the strip. Recommend the hotel and kudos to the wonderful staff.

The hotel is very close to I-264, which makes it very convenient. It is brand new, very clean, and one of the safest hotels I have ever seen! The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was very large and everything was in great shape. We will consider this location for our next visit.

The rooms were almost new and clean . 'Dissapointed in ""suite"" -I'm thinking 2 adjoining rooms but this was one room with a kitchenette. Bean counters came up with a shampooditioner that does neither well but you probably brought your own anyway. Courteous staff and clean room - not bad for the money but I like something a little more upscale.

Had a great experience here, wish we had more time to spend. The hotel is relatively new and the rooms reflect that -- very clean, very nice decor, very nice amenities. I would definitely stay there again, as it's nicer than most hotels of that price range with the added benefit of a kitchen area. There was a little confusion w/checking in, but I expect that was just new-business kinks that will be ironed out w/time and experience.
