Front porch. No swimming pool. Friendly staff and very helpful, clean and convenient for business or for leisure. I was a little disappointed to find out that they had no swimming pool.

The ambiance of the hotel was wonderful. The room we stayed in was had a ground level window that made the room cold. The Caribou lodge was very clean and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant served good quality food at reasonable prices and was easy to access. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a large bathroom. The only drawback for my stay was that the first floor room had a ground level window that leaked cold air. Since it was - 25 C outside, the room got a bit on the cool side. Fortunately the thermostat worked and we were able to turn the heat up to offset the cold air from the window. But all in all that was only a very minor bump on the road which did not affect the quality of my stay to any great extent.

It was in beautiful Banff, Canada. I love the down duvets that they use on the bed. It is located a few blocks from Shopping District.

The staff was friendly and the hot pools were fantastic. It was towards the edge of town and took about 15 minutes of brisk walking to get to town. The staff at this hotel was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was nicely furnished and was very clean. I really enjoyed the hot pools, think swimiming pool but at almost a hot tub temperature. They were a very nice surprise. The restaurant was good food (with a nice selection) and their box lunches were nice for a picnic. The box lunches had a lot of food and were a great value as well as very convenient.

This hotel was awesome. If you want comfort, this is the place to go. It has a spa in the hotel and a free hot tub for resting up those sore muscles from a full day of skiing! I would definitely go back.

The room was bright & clean and public areas had a cheery atmosphere. The staff were super friendly. Loved it all! Great location, good parking, friendly helpful staff and rooms were large, colorful and airy. Bathroom was equally large and super spanking clean!

The spa was nice and the whole hotel smells like a wood burning fireplace. Room was standard motel/hotel type. I'd stay here again, but not for the full price. The lobby is nice, the spa/hot-tub was great, the decor throughout was nice, but the room was standard.

Great location and lobby. Cheapest toilet paper every! A great location, updated exterior, excellent restaurant, rooms are on the smaller side and sparse.
