Hotel is in an ideal location for early flights from Dublin Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful and upgraded my room to a suite for a small additional charge which was definitely worth the money.

Breakfast was outrageously expensive at about 12 Euro for a buffet continental and about 16 for a cooked breakfast. Went to the local shopping centre instead and got a cooked breakfast for just over 5 Euro each.

Room very comortable and spacious - pillows and bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Very little noise heard from near by airport overhead flight paths. Hotel easy to find and easy to get to centre of Dulin from Hotel. Hotel staff professional and courteous.

This hotel was one of the best designed hotels I've stayed in. Every detail is well-thought out and focused on the guest's comfort. My room was quiet, clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating of my requests. I hope they are able to maintain such a high level of guest support over time. I highly recommend this hotel. It certainly far exceeded my expectations for an airport hotel.

More obvious detail on the shuttle service from the airport would be useful. Finish in the room was mixed, with bathroom lightswitch repositioned and hole just covered with wall paper, two lights in the bathroom had been overscrewed onto wall damaging the base plates, and the soap dish overscrewed to wall in bath cracking tiles. However, very comfortable, spacious and clean.

The hotel itself is lovely however the main reason I chose it was that it had 24hr bus pick up from the airport. Despite calling as requested on the courtesy phone at the airport we along with another couple waited aprox 45mins for the minibus - no phone at 2am. This despite the other couple who were traveling separately calling a further two times. A big disappointment

A good hotel with quality service, furnishings and restaurant facilities which are needed as the hotel is a little in the boondocks. However, the bus service to the airport is very good. It also appears to be a hotel used by the locals (with vehicles) -always a good sign I guess.

As an airport hotel l would expect breakfast to start early. I had to leave at 5.00am and no attempt made to feed me!! Would suggest at least coffee and tea in the lobby for early risers as in other airport hotels. Cater for your customer target.

Top class airport hotel! In fact we choose to stay here even when we are not flying from Dublin Airport, and are in the city for other reasons. From reception to the rooms to the bar/dining, this hotel is faultless.
