Great location to town and to the wharf area. A little bit of a walk to the aquarium and Cannery Row but an very easy drive. The staff was very helpful. I did not use the spa, but it and the restaurant both appeared to be very popular.

The room was the standard and it was so small. The chair they did have was uncomfortable. Don't think I would stay their again. The Lobby was nice and updated.

This is not a 4 four star motel. We had a worn thirty year old bathroom in need of replacement, stained carpet, old undersized television, and paper thin walls.

The hotel was nice and the rooms and property are cute. It did seem small and there was no airconditioning so the room was a little stuffy at night but overall we had a good experience. It seemed a little pricey for what we got but it also seemed as though most hotels in Monterey were pricey. The desk staff were extremely nice and we had a very romantic dinner in the on site restauraunt. They had a guitar player and the meal was very good. We had told them it was our anniversary and they even brought us a complimentary desert with a candle on it! Very sweet! We would recomend this property to our friends.
